They fixed what they were supposed to, but said they damaged my car in the process. No one will tell me what was damaged, only that it was fixed. In addition, they left me with no gas and my floor covered with dirt, oil, and boot prints. I'm taking it to the dealer like I should have from the beginning and hopefully they will be able to tell me what these people did to my car.

These guys are the best. It's a small, family owned shop that really treats you like family. I bring my cars to them for everything (except tires). They are fast and they really take the time to talk to you about what's going on and give you as many options as they can, including getting used parts if you really need to save money.

I met Tim while stuck at a gas station while my car was over heating. Tim was nice enough to actually take a look at my car while sitting by a pump even though he was really just out trying to get some lunch. He ran inside to get some water just to cool it down for the time being and talked to me about what could potentially be wrong with it. He then offered to test the pressure at his shop which was right around the corner so I followed him there. Tim and his sons, Danny and Tim, started trying to figure out why it was over heating right then and there. They monitored my car and tested the pressure all well letting me watch what they were doing and explained everything to me. They got my car in working order and told me all the necessary steps to keep it running as it should. I was overwhelmingly pleased with the good-hearted nature and knowledge these three guys lent to me today. 10/10 would recommend, super awesome guys who saved my ass and turned my whole day around. (:

First time calling Tim and they were nothing but helpful! Tim inspected my vehicle, but unfortunately it had to be taken to a ford dealership. My vehicle was outside their shop for several days and not once did I get any rush to move it. They could not of been nicer and more informed, this will be the only auto repair shop I will use from now on!

Tim's Auto repair shop did an excellent job replacing my son's cracked radiator on his Acura RSX. Tim (owner) gave a free diagnosis of the issue, same day I called, knowing my son was away from home at FSU on his own. Repair shop is walking distance from FSU. Vehicle was brought back the next morning, and the repair was completed by lunchtime. Price was fair and honest. I recommend them for your diagnostic and repair needs.

Tim and John were absolutely amazing! I took my car in to them because another mechanic was charging a ridiculous $600 to replace my power steering pump, pulley and serpentine belt. Tim and John were able to look at the car and realize it was a simple O-ring replacement and belt change and I walked out with a very reasonable price. They even worked with my work schedule and gave me a lift no charge to my job. I couldn't be any happier with my experience and I STRONGLY encourage a visit to them. Since I was new to the Tallahassee area a friend referred me to them and I know I will be going back to them for any other problems I may be having. Thanks again!

My husband and I heard about Tim's Repair shop through a friend. We are super thankful. Our car has had lots of minor issues that have caused major effects. We used to take it to big name places but the diagnostics, testing and temporarily fixing the problem cost WAY more than the actual issue. And it was still not functional!! We came to Tim's and within literally less than a minute he saw the problem and fixed it in less than 30 min. HUGE blessing! It cost us next to nothing. Next time we are coming here first!!!

Tim was incredibly nice! My dad always fixed and took care of my car back home so I’ve always been nervous to take my car to anyone up here but my dad found Tim’s place and trusted him to take care of it for me. Tim’s shop isn’t set up like the big chain auto repairs, you can tell he works hard and takes care of things. He didn’t overprice or overcharge. He’s an honest, hardworking man and he won’t take advantage of you, even if you know absolutely nothing about cars. If you’re reading this review, the debate is over, go to Tim’s!

Tim was very helpful in getting my Nova back on the road again and even gave me some helpful tips about another car. Very reasonable and a pleasure to work with. If you want you a good job done on your car, especially if it's a classic, I'd recommend this place. Far better than a lot of the other places in town that just want to rip off students.

I love this place and would continue to work with them. Patrick was very nice and very helpful to help me fix my car fast. I had problems with my car for about a week and I am so happy that I chose Tim’s Auto Repair. After calling the shop, he was ready for me to drop of my car the next day. My car was ready to be picked up and worked perfectly fine in only 4 hours (during a storm). He works very fast and is super helpful. His prices are very reasonable.
