I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the single best auto repair experience I've ever had. Rudolpho and Son are skilled mechanics, but moreover, they are dedicated to the customer. My 2011 Jeep Patriot has seen better days, but they went out of their way to fix it up in a spectacular fashion. While no one can do anything about the fact that it's 14 years old, they made it drivable to the point that I'm confident I can squeeze a couple more summers out of it. It's rare to find a locally owned business that puts in the extra effort and literally cares. That's all any of us want from a retailer. Well, that and a fair price. I was able to get back on the road without putting myself in months of debt. Rudolpho and Rudolpho Jr are the best type of business owners. Give them a shot and you will not be disappointed.

These guys are fantastic! Great customer service, reasonable prices, and quick repairs. As a woman, it's hard to find a new mechanic that is trustworthy and honest. However, Ploch Automotive exceeds all expectations and I will take my business to them in the future. The mechanic kindly explained and showed me what the issue was. Absolutely amazing service and people. I drove 15 hrs from Texas and just wanted to get the car checked on. Immediately was met with open arms, they inspected the car, found minor issues, and within an hour had the part and fixed it up! Also helped look into solves for an issue with the gas pedal and told me to come back, and they will figure it out. At the end of the day, it was a great place to get stuff done without the hassle and cost of other mechanics! Definitely go to them for any car needs!

Where do I start? This man reaches beyond your expectations. Not only does he walk you through the process and is completely transparent, but he also makes honesty a priority. It’s difficult finding a good mechanic that won’t shaft you. And after coming back and back, all I can say is that they don’t disappoint. Price is unbeatable, I promise you that no other shop will have this quality of work for this great of a price. Hardworking, Honest, Quality work is all that’s been shown to me. He’s diagnosed and repaired electrical issues, repaired insane coolant leaks from below the intake manifold & many other things that come with the headaches that BMWS provide. Do not hesitate. This is by far the best mechanic shop in Tallahassee very reasonable prices and they walk you through everything. very honest thorough definitely will be my only go to spot!!!! They will not lie to you. They will tell you the truth. I have been treated pretty poorly by a couple different shops in Tallahassee area very nice family and they treat every customer just like they are their own family if you are looking for a really good mechanic That is honest and very efficient. This is definitely the shop for you!!

I cannot say I'm enough good stuff about these guys! I took my 2015 Subaru to them because my A/C was not cooling and making a whining noise. I assumed the compressor was gone. They suggested removing all the Freon and adding new Freon and oil as well as cleaning all the coils and it worked! All for a little over $100! These guys are honest, friendly and affordable! Highly recommend!

You won't find better service or friendlier people anywhere! I stopped in to ask about having my break pads replaced and the owner went out and checked them immediately. They had a quote to me in minutes. I dropped it off the next morning and picked it back up a couple of hours later. The price was extremely reasonable and they didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. As I young woman, I felt extremely at ease there and they will be my go to shop from here on out!
