Prices are to high and he did not work with me and my family at all. Was pushy on selling us a car that had no ac and had a broke shift stick. Even though i told him the one i was whating i did not understand why he just ignored me and my mom. To try and sell a broken car to someone is wrong. Known they pointed out the one you said worked and they had the money.

Very poor customer service. The way they speak to people is disgraceful. And selling vehicles for 3,000+ when they are only worth about 1,000-1,200 is awful. They make the payments super low to pull in those of low income because they know that’s all they can afford. Please rethink doing your business with someone who takes advantage of customers.

Rip, $275 -itemized bill: 2mile tow, 7hour impound, tax, a blank space with an addendum of $45 I believe 45 I forget. $275 goshdarn'it. Plus slow relivtivly. Would be one star but the reception was personable

Found myself in a "pinch" one day lacking the correct tools for the task I had before me. Dan directed one of his employees to assist me with the tools and proper knowledge of the repair I was making. When the minor job was finished, he then wouldn't allow me to pay him at all. Trust that when my next need arises, I'll certainly remember how well he treated me recently and definitely be doing business with him!

Dishonest people who try to get over on hard working people sold me a car with a bad transmission only to replace it with another bad transmission. I was never late on payments but told them I was returning the vehicle because i can't keep paying for a car with a bad transmission told them id have the car down there in an hour the tire was flat so I had to take it off and go air it up got home cars gone and they stole my 3 ton floor jack. Mind you i wasnt late on payments nor scheduled for a repo.

We put a down payment on a 2007 Ford Taurus through Dan's. It broke down the first day we had it. Dan towed it back to his lot and said he fixed it but it broke down again as soon as we got it back. He then moved us into a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant. It broke down after 3 days. He towed it back and said he foxed it. A few days later it broke down again amd he put us in a loaner vehicle until he could fix the Galant. The loaner vehicle shifted wrong and could barely accelerate to get up to the speed limit so he put us in a different one. Dan told us about a week later the Galant was fixed so we picked it up. Not even a week later it broke down again so we were back in the loaner vehicle. In the loaner vehicle we were involved in a not-at-fault accident. Now Dan is refusing to put us back into the Galant which still isnt fixed. And keep in mind they gave us a 30 day warranty which hasnt yet expired. I would never recommend this place.

A few months ago we were needing an oil change mind you we havent bought a car from them yet but they took my beat up aveo straightened the front so they could get to the oil filter and took care of changing the oil without breaking my bank. These folks are super nice with affordable vehicles. You can bet come tax time I will purchase my next ride from them. Travis and Anita Smith thank you very much. Do not try to trade anything in.. If you have a car nicer than 80% of their inventory. You MIGHT get 500 bucks. Im talking a 2009 with 90000 miles. No dents, no scratches, garage kept. They will try to sell you a 2004 with 200k miles for 7000.

I got a truck through them, and since Covid-19 and me not being able to work (pending my test results), i called them to let them know, and they worked with me. Not just anyone is going to do that, especially when this business is their job, and money coming in. In the past making payments have been easy over the phone, and when I first got the truck I did have a problem with it, and it was fixed right away! They even offered warranty on it, when it technically was a cash buy, but let me do payments on it. Anyone looking for a dependable vehicle with such honest people should go here. No credit check and we went home with the truck the same day. Didn't need to wait to get approved with any bank. Highly referred.

Was quoted a price and told it would be done by noon. At the end of the day i was told they couldn't complete the repair properly without ordering a bracket and because they had spent so much time working on it the labor charge went from $91 to $300. Then they would order the part and spend more time working on it. No thank you. Once they realized it needed the bracket, they should have called and informed me that more parts and labor was needed to fix properly before proceeding.

State police had my senior citizen mother vehicle towed. The lady added nearly $200 in fees including admin, cleanup with no debris and $50 a day in storage and wants to charge $100 in storage fees in Barling Arkansas for less than 24 hours. I told her this isn’t Los Angeles. I will never do business with them ever again. I asked them to waive the extra $50 and they refused. and they blamed the towing board. I believe they take advantage of the towing board to overprice their services.

They are awesome ppl very respectful good car great price /payments DAN let me know everything about the car that he knew right off the top of his head then after paper work i was on the road in no time an the car is doin great a couple things are scheduled for the mechanic but Dan is very helpful and tries getting you in and back on the road ASAP! (Alot of good things about Dan's auto I could say on here but anyways just go to Dan's if your in need of a good used vehicle and he'll get you on the road same day before you can even blink, you won't be disappointed!)

My car was having an electrical issue and they replaced two different parts that didn’t need replaced. The same day I got it back from them “fixing it” it broke down with the EXACT same issue. Took it back to Dans and he said he fixed it, after I got it back AGAIN, it did the same thing. Paid nearly $530-$540 to get it “fixed”. Took it to a different shop, all the issue was, was a wiring issue. Only charged me $118 and said the parts that Dans Auto replaced, never actually needed replaced, it had nothing to do with the issue my car was having. Now Dans Auto REFUSES to give me any kind of money back. Money they charged me and said they fixed my car, when the issue with my car was never resolved by them. I DO NOT recommend this shop. I completely wasted over $500 with them.
