Go here. The lads at Dan's will have you in and out in 15 minutes. If you just need an oil change, go here. It is so painless and quick that you don't even need to set time aside during your day to get it done. Go here. All the mechanics are very friendly and helpful. Drove from North Carolina in my cargo van to do a delivery in West Fargo. Needed an oil change so I went to Dans and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the services they offered were more than I could have asked for. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and the price was well below what I was expecting. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back if and when I’m back in the Fargo area.

Had a 2013 f150 come in for cam phaser work. Pickup immediately had problems. Didnt even put 1500 miles on it after their “work”. Chad told me to get a lawyer and would not even look at the vehicle. Had the vehicle towed in, and had a ford dealership inspect it. Engine oil came out silver, full of metal. Ford dealership said it was because their work was done poorly. Towed it to dans for them to look at it. Instead of looking at it, chad drove it to mapleton, and blew the engine up. He said “ cant possibly be our work, and if you have a problem, get a lawyer.” If you want to be treated like an idiot, and have them steal 5k$ from you, this is the place to go! They will never have my business again, and i hope you rethink doing business here as well.

I am an 84 year old woman and I pulled in and told a guy I just had a low tire and could someone bring an air hose out and put a little air in my tire. I was told the shop was full and it would be at least a 20 minute wait. Why couldn’t someone have just brought the hose to the door and put a bit of air in a tire. Oh no!!! I can assure you I will never go back to this place if I need repairs.

I will never EVER go anywhere else. I have a 15+ year service record with a dealership in town. All the employees whose names I know have moved on and I guess so has the service. During an oil change and tire rotation I was told I needed brake job at the tune of over $500. I decided to check with the shop my single friends go to and was quoted $390. I made the appt. Mind you the dealership told me this was urgent. I dropped my car off at Dan's and got a call later letting me know nothing was wrong. Nothing! They wouldn't even let me pay them for the time it took to check things out . They now own my heart and all the future service my car will ever need. To the guys at Dan's, thanks. And to the male Karen that was in while I waited for a ride, you have no idea what you are talking about. You take your car to said dealership. Please don't waste my new service techs time. Can't sat enough about this place.

Just moved to West Fargo wasn’t sure what service station was good in town so I drove around and saw Dan’s place. I called for some prices and was happy so I asked if I could drop off two vehicles and get an oil change on one also. Was very pleased with staff and service. Will definitely be giving these guys a call when I need something done In the future. They probably will be my go to shop for whatever I need. Thanks guys!!

Do not recommend their service . My 2014 f150 died on the way to a baseball tourney in Bismarck - had it towed to Dans. They told me it was the rear diff that needed to be replaced - after careful consideration I agreed to have this done on this aging truck . Then after putting that in they called and said oh it also needs a new transmission - This was unexpected and led me down an expensive road - ultimately they misdiagnosed the issue and took a lot of my money for these repairs. After it was all said and done I later realized the back axle is bent - which was not before going in. I called to inquire and they claim they reused my old axle which even if they did was not bent b4 going in - Not satisfied in any way of their service

I went on a trip with a buddy who got his oil "changed" there a week before. Hardly drove the car. We made it out west, but the car ran like crap i some sort of a limp mode. Wasn't burning or leaking oil, but ran like crap. We replaced the battery, that helped for a little bit. Then we parked and the next morning the motor blew up. Turns out they didn't put more than a half quart of oil in it when we brought it in! Cars can run for quite a while with a tiny bit of oil, but then BOOM! Done. Every person at the shop concluded that Dans oil forgot to put oil in. But DANS refused to take care of anything, and didn't take responsibility for anything. Pathetic.

We’ve had them do some work they do good work, but wasn’t that impressed this last time was quoted 950 in labor To have my shocks replaced Told him year and model and everything. Once I dropped off the pick up, he called me and said that that was only going to be for the front shocks which was not what I asked for it was going to be 1250 for all of them. I told him I would do the rears myself. I picked up my pick up and it was 1100 for just the fronts and I still have to do the rears. It would be nice not to have the price moved… but the work is good.
