Definitely not the best experience I’ve had at a mechanic shop. I came in already knowing what the issue was, because I received a diagnostic previously, yet I was charged for services I never requested. The staff was also argumentative, which made the situation even more frustrating. They also refused to let me car go, because I refused to pay for a diagnostic, I never requested.

I was impressed with the quality of work and honest approach. I assumed I needed a new AC fan motor but all it needed was a good cleaning and cabin filter. They could have sold me on new parts and labor but were honest and saved me money instead. I will definitely be going back in the future if I need work done.

The best part was Morgan, the friendliest,sweetest dog I've ever met who greeted us at the door! I want to go back just to visit her! Called about a price quote on putting in a new heater block, was told to bring it in and they'd run a diagnostic on it for free even after I said I have 3 lights on. The engine, t/c, and abs lights. Was told it was still free and might be a battery issue so after I replaced the battery had an issue with it starting and decided to bring it in to have the diagnostic run and was told it would be $120 after I said the guy told me it was free. That's very close to false advertising when you have 1 guy tell you the diagnostic is free then you get there and the guy says well it's gunna run you $120. That's bs. Will not be recommending or returning. Do not like being lied to and also when someone asks for a quote on how much it would be parts and labor to be fixed try listening to the customer instead of changing the subject and ignoring what the customer asked for!

Went in for an oil change and seasonal check-up, I mentioned that I would be getting new tires in about a month at a different business where they offered buy three get one free - they were kind enough to find me good tires in the same price range and did it all in one day - they even gave me a free Uber ride home while they were working on my car. I felt I was treated very well and they were honest and kind. I will definitely be going back.

I love this place, I was stuck in Fargo with my brother, we were gonna rent a car but it didn’t go through so we decided to just fix his tires instead. It was a Thursday and no one wanted to help us that same day and all the prices were extremely high. I felt like god pushed us over to this place because my brother was so stuck on going to tire plus but we ended up going to fix it forward. They put winter tires on my brothers car that same day, along with other things he needed fixing and he was able to take his trip to Kansas. He’s going back in 2 weeks to get the rest of the things done. They are run by a ministry so the staff is so kind!! And so supportive. & don’t forget to say hi to MORGAN the beautiful dog they have there greeting the customers 💗This is where I’m going to take my OWN car all the time and I live in DL. I don’t mind the drive if my car and I are going to get treated great. I love this place. Reasonable prices, great staff and quick.

I recently moved to Fargo from up north, I purchased a second vehicle while here without a mechanic with me and there was a lot of work to be done. I didn't know what to do, so I took it to Adam at Fixit Forward. I explain my dilemma and frankly asked after hearing it would be $7k plus to fix it or just go bite the bullet and buy another vehicle? He calmly told me I could fix the one with the known issues or buy another and still have issues. After praying and speaking with my husband we decided to fix it. It worked perfectly for about 2 months and then it started doing the same thing. I took it back but this time it was the power steering had cracked. After hearing the cost I was ready to give up on my vehicle. Well my God and Adam had a different plan. They were willing to take the funds I had and fixed my vehicle for it to live on a little while longer. Thankful for the good people of Fixit Forward. You blessed me and I am grateful to be able to make it to work, safely daily 1st and foremost by the grace of God and by Fixit forward. May your business continue to be blessed!

I am not familiar with the prices, but I do know I rely on my car for EVERYTHING I am a mother in the Jeremiah program going to college full time and last year they fixed my vehicle for free and I was so very greatful. Unfortunately, this year was very urgent my vehicle transports not only my family, but another family to and from work so the urgency to get this fixed was very HIGH I was thankful to have enough funds saved to pay for this! While I i’m not familiar with the prices, but when I do know is they did amazing work last year and I don’t think I would take my car anywhere else I called and they got it in that same day for an appointment Opening two days later and it was fixed on the appointment day! I am beyond grateful!!
