Originally went in for windshield replacement, Angel at FM auto gives a real price without overcharging! I brought up another problem which turned out to be timing chains. I would like to share our experience with this shop. We had a windshield crack on a semi truck, and it was Friday afternoon. I called them asking to replace the windshield on Saturday morning. We scheduled for 10.30 but because the I-94 was closed that morning we were not be able to come by appointment. We came later but called preventively to let them know. They rescheduled for a later time and we got a new windshield as they promised. They did a really good job, for a very reasonable price (the best in area). They were nice and responsive. Will come back for sure. Recommend!

Angel was very rude to me on the phone when I asked about how long of a warranty can he give me on my windshield. He got so defensive and passed on it. I was planning to get it replaced next month. He should know the customer has the right to ask questions. He needs to learn how to deal with customers better otherwise people will no longer go to him if he acts weird. He is name is not Angel is Devil because that what he turned into when you spoke to me over the phone. If you don’t like customers, then you should find something different where you don’t have to deal with customers Devil not Angel. Devil enough lies here. I only called you 3 times. I asked different question each time I called. You are very impatient and don’t know how to respect customers. You need to find something else where you don’t deal with customers ever. Worst customer service ever. I have never had business treat me this way. I usually don’t write reviews but this is one was mandatory.

We smoked a duck on the interstate and wound up stuck in Fargo with a shattered windshield. Called over 10 shops before this one and no one could get me in for at least a few days.
