I've had my pickup in their shop 3 times now in 3 months (Not Elites fault) and they've been stellar. I have a used car extended warranty for my 2015 pickup. The last few months things have started breaking and every time Elite Auto has completely handled communicating with my warranty company and making sure the work was done quickly. I've felt little to no stress when dealing with this mess of a pickup because of them. Highly recommended.

I’ve worked with them since I’ve moved to Fargo about ten years ago. I have tried a couple of the shops that advertise on radio nonstop. I’ve always came back to Elite. Brian/Phil and crew are always fair to work with, do honest work, and I like their extended hours for us working folk.

Friendly employees. More knowledgeable than the dealership I used to frequent for work on my 2014 Impala. I was very impressed with Elite. We are new to Fargo and a friend of ours suggested Elite for our car maintenance. They were right! My car required much more work than we anticipated and the workers at Elite made it as painless as possible and answered every question along the way. I believe they are genuine people and are only suggesting and charging for what is necessary. Also forgot to mention they have a very kid friendly waiting room that was a big bonus for me and my two kids!

I have been fixing my car to get it ready for an 8 hour drive. My first priority were the 10 year old tires. The first two tires were the front. I have been doing one tire at a time. They were literally on the rim. I have been going there because I work across the street. I love the staff, the service and “here’s something to fix”. Until one day “we won’t service your car unless you clean it out”. Today I returned a battery and explained my complaint. Everything was handled properly and professionally! I gave 4 stars based on my complaint. Very special thank you to Brian, one of the owners, I will definitely come back! 💜💜

Absolutely WOWED by Elite Automotive Center. Might possibly be the best customer experience in ANY industry I’ve experienced. After a long night of a fussy/feverish baby and a hectic morning with juggling kids by myself, my tire pressure sensor warning came on while on the interstate. My husband was working out of town so I pulled into Elite and Phillip was incredibly kind and welcoming. Right away, he helped us find a cozy spot on a couch—offered to make coffee or grab something else to drink, and assured me that he’d get it figured out and fixed ASAP. Even though they were busy, he immediately took my vehicle and personally found the nail in my tire and patched the hole. Good to go in less than 20 minutes! He then asked if he could help me carry anything, opened all of the doors, and even walked me out to my vehicle, asked which side the baby carrier was on and opened my car door to help me get the baby situated. I’m 100% sure there were many other things he needed to be doing, but he made it clear that the customer always comes first over “business.” He kindly thanked me for trusting their business and offered for me to reach back out if I had any further issues. I also love that on their door, it says, “never settle for standard service.” It’s absolutely clear that’s one of their core values. Highly recommend!
