I had my driver's visor replaced on a leased vehicle. I would rate 5 stars to Ryan and service for the replacement and time in shop. However I spoke with parts and service more than once leading up to it; they knew my vehicle and had all info on their screens and no one ever mentioned anything about the repair being covered under warranty until I inquired. Hence only the 4 star review. If a warranty is in play, suggest and offer it up...that's what a warranty is for!

We recently scheduled a 9:40 AM appointment to have a technician diagnose a grinding noise in the steering of our Ram 2500. We arrived with the truck on time and waited in the lobby expecting a straightforward diagnostics. Instead, we waited 2 1/2 hours before a technician even began looking at our vehicle around noon. After finally inspecting it, they told us we needed to change the differential fluid because we were past 30,000 miles we were at 36,000. And that should fix the problem. We agreed to the fluid change but it did not fix the original issue. They then said the rear diff axle was worn and that parts would need to be ordered but assured us this would be covered under warranty. However when we picked the vehicle up, we were charged for the fluids because they claimed fluid itself wasn’t covered even though the only way to replace the part under warranty would be to replace the fluid anyways. This absolutely makes no sense and feels like a way to push unnecessary charges onto the customer!!!’ We are extremely unhappy with the entire experience, the long wait despite having an appointment, the lack of communication, the fact that the issue wasn’t resolved and being charged for fluids that clearly should have been included since the repair is under warranty. We waited a total of 6 1/2 hours and ultimately had to drive home in a loaner car. Corwin Ram has shown us, they are not customer focused. We will not recommend them and we will never use their service department again.

Buying a car is very stressful in the first place. Corey and his team ironed out any bumps, answered any questions or concerns, and helped me fit my purchase within the confines of my budget! Everyone went above and beyond, and you simply don't see this anymore. I was impressed and pleased. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart! Bravo! 5 stars!

Very good experience, throughout my visit. Staff was knowledgeable. Bam, the sales person that was helping was such an excellent person in getting me updates on where we were at in the process of my vehicle and showing me around the dealership while we waited. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend him! Thank you!

A phone call was made shortly after 9a, a long drive but it was so worth every mile of the trip. After a couple setbacks, we managed to get all the necessary paperwork together. Thanks to Troy for his time & patience, he made my Christmas that much more memorable! Thank you Corwin!

Bought car online. Salesman made quick contact and walked me thru the process. Courtesy driver picked me up ~ nearly 3 hours each way. Car was ready and financial officer had all the paperwork ready to sign. Quick, easy purchase and I was on the road with my new to me car. Highly recommend. Only issue is there was no fob for remote start or locks and it cost me $200 for the remote and $75 to program it

Ryan is excellent. Actually got me a loaner vehicle verses the other 4 times I had to have warranty work taken care of. I would give 5 stars for Ryan's customer service alone but the when I had a new engine installed the tech didn't double check the work and they missed securing a radiator hose clamp causing a brand new engine to overheat( hopefully this doesn't become a future issue). The way Ryan treated me and handled the situation saved a 1 start review. Please feel free to reach out

Service was good, and they took care of some Open recalls work which was great! If the price for the additional cabin air filter suggested would have been reasonable, I would have said yes. I was also suggested the dealership recommended front and rear dif services at 22,000 miles which is half of the interval suggested from the manufacturer, so that was disappointing. Still fine and will still Come back. Shuttle service was very convenient!

Nick helped me purchase my Mazda and I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. From start to finish he was SO thorough with how informative he was about the car, its features, how to utilize them, etc and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is well knowledgeable and helpful about what they’re selling to you, very personable as well. Thank you so much!

Crystal was a pleasure to work with. I was looking for a 1st vehicle for my son and she made it a great experience. She really helped narrow down our options and get my soon pointed in the right direction. And that is hard to do with a teenager. We are highly satisfied with the sales, service and finance departments. Everyone was so great! We will be back! UPDATE: To say I am disappointed in Corwin and its staff would be a massive understatement. I am appalled. Shortly after my initial review, the vehicle broke down. It is my firm belief that this was a pre-existing condition the dealership was fully aware of prior to the sale. The evidence was clear in the radiator reservoir fluid, yet Corwin conveniently performed a full system flush just before I took possession. I do not believe for a second that this was a coincidence; it was a cover-up. I attempted to handle this professionally, leaving countless messages for management, but was met with total silence. After being ignored for weeks, I was forced to have the vehicle repaired. It wasn't until I filed a BBB complaint that they offered a measly "goodwill payment" for towing and diagnostics—a drop in the bucket that still leaves me over $1,500 out of pocket. Only then did Corwin decide to speak to me—solely to deny responsibility. To make matters worse, their official response was pure gaslighting, claiming I "failed to cooperate" when I was the only one attempting to communicate for months. They hid behind my refusal of an extended warranty and claimed "lack of proof," despite the obvious signs of a pre-existing failure. The lack of accountability is staggering. They blamed me for not bringing the car to their shop, yet they ignored my offers to have it towed there or to their local Grand Forks branch. I sent them the diagnosis and waited weeks more for a response that never came. The vehicle broke down late September, but was taken to a shop until mid December so they had plenty of time to respond. I had no choice but to fix my car after being systematically ignored by three managers and my sales rep, Crystal. Do not trust them. Corwin is a poorly managed dealership that lacks basic business ethics and their employees are immoral. They would rather ignore a customer and mask a mechanical issue than do the right thing. I’ve learned an expensive lesson: do not trust this dealership. Save yourself the headache and the money—take your business elsewhere.

There was hidden paint damage under snow and ice. They went to wash the car to remove the snow and ice they came back and never let us see the car until deal was done. Even the finance guy was wondering why we couldn’t see it. We didn’t notice the damage until the snow melted off in the garage. No one from Corwin will return your phone calls to talk about this.

Salesman, Elijah Nyland went above and beyond to help me buy my dream Jeep. He spent several days working on it. I've never seen such excellent service. The finance rep, Eve N, was super helpful to get the best financing. Luke helped me get the best running boards for me and suggested mud flaps. They really look awesome. I wouldn't hesitate coming back for my next vehicle.

1 stars because of the finance department and the person who didn’t want to give his name and he was laughing on my problem and accent and not helping me get my license plates, which they are late 45days since I bought the car and the 30 day temporary tag expired 7 days ago. Very unprofessional. I will definitely reach out to upper management for this kind of behavior.

Worked with Mike W yesterday to purchase a new Chrysler and my experience was great. Very knowledgeable and walked me through all the vehicle features I wasn’t familiar with. Process was straightforward without a lot of the back-and-forth I’ve experienced at past dealerships. Adam Kendall was very helpful as well and made the financing step stress free and answered all my questions. Thanks guys!

Was down in Fargo with my mothers van and working for a different dealership I didn’t have anyway to check the transmission fluid level so I called up corwin and Johnathon a service writer at Chrysler got me in the same day, filled my tires for me and got me back on the road with at no charge! Even for the fluid they had to add! Amazing place and amazing people! Thank you again!!!!

I leased a brand-new Jeep and was only able to drive it for six days before the rear axle failed. A catastrophic issue like that on a brand-new vehicle is unacceptable, but what has been even worse is how this dealership has handled the situation. For over two weeks, I have been getting the runaround just trying to get answers. I was initially told the soonest service appointment available was two weeks out and that the vehicle was “safe to drive.” Being told a vehicle with a faulty rear axle is safe to drive is incredibly concerning and shows a serious lack of responsibility for customer safety. I was then told the replacement part would take two weeks to arrive, only to be told a week later that it would actually take another two weeks. Throughout this process I have spoken with multiple managers, and every conversation ends the same way — being told I need to talk to someone else. No one seems willing to take ownership or provide real solutions. What is most frustrating is being told that this is “Jeep’s problem” and not the dealership’s, even though they are the ones who leased me a defective vehicle and are the point of contact for service. Passing the blame while the customer is left without answers is extremely poor customer service. Leasing a brand-new vehicle should come with peace of mind, not weeks of stress, safety concerns, and zero accountability. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Based on how this situation has been handled, I will absolutely never lease or purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, and I strongly encourage others to consider this before doing business here.

Left my drain plug loose after my first service yesterday on my 2026 ram 2500 and they want to use my service contract so they don’t have to pay for the tow or the repairs. Still no resolution to the problem other than them offering an oil change. Edit: Shane Ross replies as the “owner” after a week of going back and forth with him making it look like they want to take care of it. I actually went in there to come to a resolution and Shane walked out of the office after being called out on his lies.

We had the best experience and had very well informed staff doing their best to make sure we had a good experience. Rashaun P and Ben T are the two individuals that really stood out from our visit and we recommend them to anyone. Thanks Corwin Fargo!
