Charge for stuff that never worked on , car have the same problem after take it back to the shop 3 times still not working right, Stay Away from this shop !!!

I WAS TOLD ABOUT THIS PLACE VIA FACEBOOK. I ASKED AROUND TO SEE WHO WAS THE BEST IN TOWN. AFTER A TON OF REVIEWS AND CALLING MYSELF. THEY WERE NOT ONLY THE NICEST GUYS I CAME ACROSS, THEY ALSO WERE THE CHEAPEST (WHICH AS A SNGLE MOM 2 KIDS NO HELP, I NEED GOOD AND CHEAP), THESE MEN SEEM TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY HAVE ALWAYS GIVIN ME A FAIR PRICE AND HAVE DONE AMAZING WORK. THEY EVEN GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. THEY OFFER U A RIDE IF U CAN'T FIND ONE, THEY ALSO WAITED AFTER HOURS FOR ME SINCE I GOT OFF WORK WHEN THEY CLOSED, BEN STUCK AROUND SO I COULD HAVE MY VEHICLE THAT DAY. IVE NEVER COME ACROSS A SHOP TO DO THAT FOR ME. THAT TO ME IS ABOVE AND BEYOND MAKING SURE UR CUSTOMER IS HAPPY AND NOT WITHOUT THEIR VEHICLE LONG. THEY ALSO ALWAYS GET ME IN THE DAY I'M HAVING MY ISSUE, WHICH IS NICE CAUSE MY TRUCK IS ALWAYS BACK TO ME COME THE END OF THE DAY. AS A WOMAN A LOT OF PLACES WILL TRY AND GET OVER ON YOU, BUT THESE MEN HAVN'T. I KNOW DON'T DREAD MY VEHICLE BREAKING DOWN AS BAD CAUSE I KNOW I HAVE MY SUPER HERO'S HERE TO FIX IT. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE WITH MY VEHICLE, I ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE NOW AFTER MY GREAT EXPIERENCE WITH THEM. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS! I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER DEALING WITH A BUSINESS BEFORE.

Went a few times to fix problems in my car and they always did a good job. This month I went to fix my AC and next day was not working, left a voice mail but they never got back to me. Had to stop by for another piece of the AC that was not properly placed back in and also commented about the AC not working but came back working again. After 1 week the AC again stopped working, left two voice mail and today 7 days later, they never called me back. They know how to fix stuff but the costumer service is pretty bad, the older gent is always grumpy. Now my AC does not work and they never called me back. Spent pretty good amount of money with them and got my issue not resolved neither my questions answered

best auto repair service I've ever been too, Joel (the owner) was extremely kind to me, offering me a ride home after diagnosing a bad bearing in my back tire. he gave me a very fair price and even a 10% discount on the labor charges because it was my first time using his service. if you have car problems in Fargo, definitely go to premier repair!

Joel and his son do an excellent job, using quality genuine parts. He tries to be as reasonably priced as possible. He warranties his work and parts. You can tell immediately that he knows what he's doing. If necessary, he will give you a ride back to work, while he fixes your problems. I was referred to him by O'Reilly's auto parts, a few years ago, and haven't and won't go elsewhere. He comes across as wanting my car to have a long and well running life for me. I would and do, recommend him as "the guy" to go to.

Along with the rest of the folks here in the review section, I am also a satisfied customer! Joel, the owner, is fantastic! He listens to you, will educate you, is very reassuring, and above all else (especially for someone in the auto industry) is HONEST! I called to set up an appointment to get my brakes fixed, he told me to bring it in, drove me to work, and it was done by lunch time! I ended up having to bring my car in for a seperate issue a second time, and again he told me to bring it in, brought me to where I needed to go and it was done by the end of the day! For someone who has had an extremely difficult time finding a good auto mechanic in this area(who won't jack up the prices and isn't out to get you or rip you off) I am sure glad that I stumbled upon this place. I give it only 4 stars bc my very first time getting services there, there was a mishap with his nephew when Joel was on vacation, but other than that this is a 5-star place that I would definitely recommend!! Great job guys! 🤗🤗
