Certified Auto Repair worked on my Chevy Traverse. They diagnosed the issue and gave me the estimate. Despite running into issues with parts and underestimating the difficulty of the replacement, they worked late to get my vehicle repaired in a timely manner. When the issue presented itself again after the repair, they worked with me to make sure the repair wasn't the issue. They provided rides to and from and lent me a loaner vehicle when it became apparent that the repairs were going to take longer than originally anticipated. Despite aditional labor, I was charged the original quoted estimate.

Phenomenal experience with Certified Auto Repair! Since buying my car, a Chevrolet Camaro, I've been committed to doing any work or maintenance on it myself. And I've been successful in that. I've done countless repairs and maintenance items to it, and never had an issue. Until just over this past weekend, when I decided to replace the fuel injectors. After I'd finished the job, I had misfires and Stabilitrak codes, and all sorts of problems. Now, as anyone who works on their own cars would know, you can drive yourself crazy trying to figure out why something went wrong. I took everything apart and redid the whole job at least a few times, with the same results. I brought it in to Certified Auto, explaining what had happened, and they were happy to take a look. This is the first time I've brought this car to a proper shop, for anything. Right off the bat, I was very impressed, as they were able to give me a ride home, knowing that it would be a good while before my car was finished. As they got into things, Jason, who worked on my car, kept me updated through the entire process of diagnosis and possible solutions to the problem. It came down to a likely issue of a bad batch of parts, in this case being a couple of the fuel injectors I'd purchased and put in the car. Jason ran every possible test, and after coming to this conclusion, he freshened up a couple of the old injectors (which I'm glad I kept on hand), and he even tested all of them to find the ones with the best spray pattern. With the refurbished injectors back in the car, to replace those that were faulty, it's running just as it did before. I could not be more grateful to Certified Auto, and especially to Jason for his flawless communication and diligence. Although I will likely continue holding the care of my car in my own hands, I would happily recommend this shop to anyone who hits a bump in the road (literally or figuratively) with their vehicle. This shop is well worth the consideration. They truly care.

I had my son in law called in for an appointment! We needed front brakes. The man was very nice. My son in law explains or issue. Front brakes were grinding a there was a groove on the outer surface of the front order. We were about 500 mile short of an oil change. The car has 81000 miles and we drive it only when kids come to town. The gentleman called a said we needed front brakes and rotors. The gentleman said rear brakes are like new! Then he wanted to do a brake fluid flush. I ask if it was special brake fluid and he said just dot 3 brake fluid. Not worth doing on this car which is being driven less than 1000 miles a year. Certainly an upsell! I gave in. I was kept informed but when we picked up the car we were charged over $100 for at test drive. No drive needed. I written letter was delivered with the car. Told all about the problem. The test drive should have been part of repair. So brake fluid flush seems like a money grab and test drive should be part of repair. Car is fixed! That is good! We felt a bit taken advantage of.

I have been taking my vehicles in to these guys for 5 years and they have never disappointed! I’ve had horrible luck with vehicles having major mechanical issues. But they have always treated me well. They never try to take advantage of anyone nor do they try to take money from you unnecessarily. I had to get a new transmission recently and they handled things with my warranty company and updated me frequently on the progress. Great communication and amazing service. Definitely recommend taking your vehicle here!

This is by far one of the best auto repair shops I’ve been too! The workers are friendly and care about the customer’s needs. Their system to show images of what is wrong and allow you to choose what fixes are made is very helpful if you struggle to understand cars.
