Totally unreliable customer service. Brought my car in at 8:20 am for a minor fix, was told it would be done in the early afternoon, but by 8pm I hadn’t heard anything and they closed. Not sure why they would tell me my car would be done within the day and then leave me overnight with no car. Last time I was here they had my car for 12 hours and only charged me for 30 minutes of labor, so I’m really not sure what they do with all that time. If it’s not going to be done within the day, don’t tell the customer it will be and just leave them hanging with absolutely no information. Unprofessional.

Appointment was at 7am for a hood latch recall. This is our third attempt to get it replaced. In the past we had appointments but they failed to tell us they didn’t have the part. Today, I’ve been here 2.5 hours so far. Car still isn’t done. Everyone here after me has left. I was hesitant to come here anyway for this, as last time i was here they tried to sell me an air filter (standard practice it seems) and i declined, and the techs removed my air filter all together and sent me on my way without it. I wonder if i could get a pizza delivered to their customer lounge…

Excellent customer service, showed up way early for my appointment and they got me right in. Staff is always very friendly and never too busy to talk or explain anything. Each visit ends with them making sure they got everything right and to make sure there is nothing additional I need. Also they are great about coming out while I wait to keep me updated on the progress.

Got caught mid-trip between Mpls and Jamestown and needed a diagnostic about a new noise. Snow storms were brewing and they were really busy, but they got my car in to verify it was wheel bearings. Checklist also identified a couple other needs. Parts were ordered and storms hit, delaying them. Maresa was wonderful with her updates while I left my car with them. I was able to have it fixed and meet my travel deadline. Great service and excellent communication! Thank you!
