Long story short, Bruns Automotive fixed an issue with my catalytic convertor for a fraction of the cost that the first place I took it to was going to charge me. Lesson learned, Bruns Automotive will be my first and only choice for any future exhaust system repairs. That alone is worth 5 stars to me, but their communication and professionalism was also at a 5 star level. I very much appreciate the work they did for me.

I took my vehicle to Bruns to fix the drone and overall quiet down my vehicle and make it sound better. To say I was satisfied and happy with this whole process would be an understatement. It took a few tries to get exactly what I wanted but Shane had so many insights and ideas to try and we talked about so many ideas before trying it. He even took time to go for a test drive with me to hear the issue to begin with. Each step along the way he followed up immediately and asked how it sounded and made sure I was satisfied with the work performed. After a lot of back and forth and great knowledge learned from Shane, William and the whole team at Bruns, I am finally super happy with how my exhaust sounds! I cannot recommend them enough. Alberto and Amy are amazing at the front desk, and William and Shane did a great job and they have amazing welding as well as fabrication skills. They all went above and beyond every step of the way!! I’ll be back!
