I went there last week to get a new tire and alignment and the shop gave me a new tire and an oil change so from their miscommunication, I had to wait an extra two hours in their shop for them to not to even do the alignment and break my window. When I got the keys back, the shop didn’t even inform me that they broke my window. Now they are not working with me to fix the window that they broke and are blaming me and saying that they didn’t do it. My window wasn’t broken at all that day and was operating like normal.
