The 13th Ave jiffy lube has treated me very well! I get my oil changed monthly due to work travel. The guys have never messed up my oil. I appreciate how they recommend periodical service on things like coolant and air filters, but they are not pushy about it. They also clean my windows and shake out my floor matt after each service!

They didn’t tighten the oil cap fully. Caused oil to leak into filter and a 300 dollar bill to figure it out and replace everything.

Previously, I had done business at a different Jiffy Lube location, but due to a job change, this location was more convenient. They still knew my preferences and were able to get me in and out, very quickly! And best of all, they didn’t pressure me to do a bunch of unnecessary work! I was very impressed!

Im not impressed with the service i received from jiffy lube. Beside the high cost the receipt said my tire pressure was 37 front and rear. I drove out of parking lot and was a few miles away and i had a low tire light on. Looked and all 4 tires were different air pressure. I took pictures with odometer. Not impressed

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this Jiffy Lube location. From the start, the communication was unclear—the staff didn’t explain whether I should stay in or get out of the vehicle, and when I did step out, there was no warning about a large step down. I ended up twisting my ankle, which was not a great start. Once inside, the experience didn’t really improve. There wasn’t much communication about what they were doing, and when they showed me the air filter, it was basically still clean since it had just been replaced at my last oil change. There was no real review of the vehicle’s condition, and when I asked about the brakes, they just said they don’t handle that, which is fine, but it would’ve been nice to have a rundown of what was checked and what wasn’t. Overall, the visit wasn’t efficient or pleasant, and while nothing catastrophic happened, it left me feeling pretty dissatisfied. I ended up giving it a one-star rating because of these reasons.

I went with a car I have only ever gone to jiffy lube for oil changes services with, and they informed me that the last time I was in one of their workers (whom they said was no longer employed) stripped my oil drain plug and they could not complete the service. They then requested I come the next day when the “boss was here with the right tools to get it off”. I came the next day and waited again, and the boss who was supposedly supposed to bring the tools came in and said they couldn’t get it off. He then said if he was told in advance he would’ve brought the tools but no one relayed the information to him from the previous day. They then said they were going to vacuum the oil out of the car.. I’ve never heard of this but I am also a 26 year old lady who is not the most vehicle savvy 😂 both of these trips took way longer than I had expected but they claimed the vacuuming method worked, I paid, and they and sent me on my way. A month later I’m on a road trip and get a check engine oil notification on my car. My oil life was at 8%. I took it in to an actual dealership and they stated my oil has not been changed in way too long and that there is no way they actually completed the service. Do not recommend going here

I went in for an oil change and during the change, I was informed that my left front low-beam headlight was out. I thought to myself, it was totally fine yesterday…. I asked for them to show me and nothing else was said about it. At all. Upon completing the oil change, I paid my total and left. I stopped a few blocks away to actually check my headlamp for myself. It works fine. Nothing is wrong. At all. Now I’m wondering if this is some type of scam to trick motorists into getting extra work done when not necessary??

The first time I got my oil changed at Jiffy on 13th Ave. S., I was pleasantly surprised by all the extra things they did like vacuum the floor and wash the windshield. I really like the fact that you can drive up and get your oil changed in a half hour. The second time I came, the crew was overall less careful on their inspection, and they left a dirty handprint in the middle of my passenger seat. The guy was nice though and tried to clean it.
