I dealt with Rob at the front desk and was very understanding of the problems going on with my duramax and said I could set up an appointment or I could drop it off for a week or two and they would look at it between jobs which worked for me so they are very flexible when it come to getting things done depending on what it was my pick up has never ran so good after they were finished with it

Truck jelled up on the highway. Got a tow straight to them without an appointment. Had me in and out within 1 hour and replaced my filters and treated my system for an extremely fair cost. I'd recommend too anyone who is picky when it comes to who you bring your truck to

Had my RAM 3500 towed in today because it wouldn't start. Bruce at Midland was able to get right on it. He located and fixed the problem quickly. My husband took his truck there, they kept it for a few days. Paid about $200.00. Had to bring it back as it still was not working, the cost? Another $300.00. After spending over $500.00, my husbands truck still did not run properly. Husband replace a hose and low a behold....it has been working perfectly. Total husband spent? A whopping $12.00 and that's including clamps!! Will not be going back there again. This will be one of those stories that I will be telling the farmers and my co-workers come sugar beet harvest.

While I have a hard time believing Julie's review. We've had a gaggle of troubles with our 3500 and yes at times it has spent the night. However, I feel like "if the problem was solved" for this other lady with a $12 hose that they obviously didn't go back and prove it. I will continue doing business here! I would not want to do business and not communicate effectively in person. It is obvious this woman had a fluke incident happen and chose not to work peacefully with management and blindly does not realize how one bad review can hurt a business! This is an unfair review she gave in my opinion as she never says "we made attempts to contact them and resolve the debt by proving our $12 fix." Which is suspicious to me given the level of expertise we have experienced and our bill was over $3000.00 We never complained. It was a fair price for an honest and good job.

Midland Diesel hands down was very impressed with them. I called them on a Tuesday when my truck started throwing a bunch of codes. Rob at the front desk said he had a small time slot and would try to fit me in which they did and didn't give up on it until they solve the problem. Tim in the back that worked on my truck. Not only fixed it but explain to me everything that the truck did and it was ready for my trip for the weekend for a reasonable price. Big shout out to these guys in the work they do
