Gave me a price quote on a new blower fan in late March and stuck to that quote a month later when I was finally able to make an appointment and get the car in as well as pay for it. I'm from the twin cities, and my car broke down when I was in Fargo for work. They were able to get working on my vehicle promptly and let me use a loaner vehicle to drive back to Minneapolis. When it was finished, they offered to drive my car back and meet me more than half way, saving me hours of driving. Their prices were also very competitive. Highly recommend these guys!

I took my truck in for a coolant leak. The staff was very nice and friendly. They called me later that day then with estimate. I needed a new upper radiator hose and T connector. The estimate was a hair over $500. That sounded high to me but I figured that it was mostly labor cost and just needed it done so I agreed to do it. After getting the bill I realized that the cost was mostly parts. They charged me $125 for the hose ($65 from Luther ford). They charged me $110 for a T connector ($50 from Luther ford). I am sure they get the parts for much less than I can get them right from the dealership. They also charged me $75 just to tell me what it needed. Which is also high. I understand making a few bucks on the parts but not doubling the cost. I would consider that price gouging. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

This is a really good group of people they have at this job! Honest, reliable and very fair with pricing. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else in town! When i take bring my vehicle here i know skilled mechanics are putting in quality parts. Compared to some of the other shops in town Premium is definitely the best place to take your vehicle.

NO STARS!! My lugs nuts were left loose and drove and the sound was horrible.. I felt like my tires were going to fall off. Called my husband and got home safely.. luckily. He checked them were not tightened at ALL!!!!! I drive people for a living and could have been a disaster. Think twice before using a coupon!!

On two seperate occasions there were damages to my vehicle caused by Premium Automotive. One of the damages took them 8 months for the shop to repair. I had to call them at least a dozen times. Then they fried my alternator. They refused to listen, they lied and refused to pay for the damages. I will never go here again!!!
