My RV broke down east of Fargo on a Saturday. Broke my own rule of not traveling to the weekend but did it anyway. Obviously couldn't find anyone to work on it until Monday. Called about 10 places in Fargo and no one would work on it. Someone put me on to the Auto Doctor on the north side of Fargo. The young lady who answered the phone said they would talke look at it so I had it towed from Pleasureland. Got there about noon and she was outside in the rain to direct the tow truck in. Said she wasn't sure if they could look at it until Tuesday so I got my head around that and waited. Chris came out about 4:30 and had it started and fixed by 6:30. Very inexpensive for RV work. Can't say enough about Chris and the service. So grateful I found them. Thank you Chris for staying late and helping someone in need.

I was in Fargo from Bismarck for the holiday weekend and the water pump went out in my Suburban. Auto Doctors got me in right away and on my way within 4 hours. I could tell he was busy answering phones for both locations and had other stuff going on, but he was so nice and helpful. Bonus points on the big dog in the shop!!

I chose to come in here for a few problems but I was having reason to believe that my windshield reservoir was cracked. It appears as though it wasn’t broken and instead of charging me they let me know that it was in good order, which I extremely value in a mechanic shop being as they could have charged me anyway. I have come in to get many different services since, brand new waiting room and every time I am beyond impressed by the communication between Chris, Jenny and Adrian. It’s amazing to be taken care of by a shop you can truly trust; not to mention great prices! Thank you Auto Doctors!

I will never go to this shop again. I have been there a total of 3 times and 3 times something new went bad in my vehicle within days of getting my truck back. They broke a connection, didn't fix it, and didn't tell me either. My drum breaks squeak EVERY time I let my foot off the brakes since they looked at them. My fuel pump and wheel sensors all went bad within days of getting my vehicle back from them. They just said it was a coincidence, but that's bs.

Took my pickup to Auto Doctors about 3 years ago. I knew what was wrong with it, but didn't have time to fix it myself! Altogether it took about 3mnths, which didn't really bother me since I was on the road for work. When I went to pick it up and test drove, all the check engine lights came back on! I left it there again and came back a few weeks later they said it was done. Didn't bother to test drive it again and just headed for home. 5 miles out of town and everything lit up again. I was passed! I went and bought a code reader at the auto store and checked things out myself. I spent almost 3000.00 at that shop and they did what I paid them to do,(intake manifold, and a few other things), what they didn't do is get it running good. I've been finding other things that I was not told about, such as Avery important screw that they broke off for the fuel rail mount! That means my fuel is leaking onto my plugs and coil packs which is very dangerous! They also failed to install the fuel line clips which hold the fuel lines to the fuel rail! Again very dangerous. From now on. I do my own repairs like I always have and then I'm the only one to blame, and I don't waste my hard earned money!

I love Auto Doctors. I've been to the West Fargo location a few times and the North Fargo location a couple of times. I have had great work provided by them every time I take my vehicle in. I am a bit of a nervous nelly when it comes to anything with my vehicle and they handle my anxiety well. They could totally take advantage of me and make unnecessary charges, but instead they provide reassurance and education with anything that is going on. They are timely with anything that needs work, have great communication, and provide excellent service.

Absolute garbage they worked on my 2005 Ford focus and I had to send it in four different times because they couldn’t get it right and after the third time they said that they could no longer warranty it is no longer on warranty and it’s the transmission still went out within two weeks after

DO NOT GO TO AUTO DOCTORS! I went for years because it was a convenient location near me and I thought they were honest people. Not only was the work I paid money for not done accordingly and I had to take it to another shop to double check but they left my hood open after telling me it was good to pick up. They do not check over their work and it will end up costing you more in the end.

I recently replaced the power steering gear to cooler line on my truck, and in the process, I had to mangle the bracket that retains that line and is attached to the pressure line. Of course it snowed the day after I finished replacing that line. So I opted to have it towed to tiresplus, about 10 minutes after they got it on the lift, they told me that they wanted to replace the entire rack. What was supposed to be a ~$560 turned into an ~$1900 job. I declined service and was gonna have Autodoctors tow it back and I was gonna repair it myself when it got warm again since I had access to another car. The day Chris picked up the truck, I'm assuming it was a busy day and he wasn't able to pick it up until around 9 or so, which i understand, stuff happens. When I called and asked about an update, he asked if it was ok If he brought the truck to the north shop and brought it to me the next day, no extra fees. I said sure. It was getting late and I understand. Next day rolls around, I call for an update and he said after the tow he's going to is done, he can bring it back. He then asks if the previous shop wanted to replace the entire rack, I said yes, he told me he looked under there and it doesn't need a new rack, just a new pressure line. He asked if I wanted to wait on the tow for a quote, which I said sure to. The lady answering the phone (I forget her name but she was very polite,) gave me a call back first thing in the morning and gave me a quote. Even including the tow to the north shop, it was still $150 cheaper than I was going to be at tiresplus (minus the $1300 for the new steering rack I supposedly needed.) The line was seized in there (its a push in style, not the normal kinda with the hex head that you can usually cut and get a socket on,) so I definitely got my money's worth. Anyway, after the new line was installed, it runs great and the power steering works phenomenally. No weird sounds or anything. I tend to not like bringing my vehicles to a shop because its cheaper to do it myself (usually) but this shop was great. All the staff were polite and Chris seemed very knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever. Would never recommend them to anyone. I gave them a running car that they had for a YEAR and when I got it back it was non running, no crank no nothing. They had to tow the car back to me. They said they had the right tools for my car but seems like they didn’t and were just messing around with it. Never got any type of recompense from them either. Im still without a car because of them. Horrible experience and mechanical service.
