They are great there. We bought our 2011 Grand Cherokee there. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, talk to Adam.

Decent selection of cars but salesman was very pushy and when I asked to see a car he brought something else he felt we wanted not what I asked to see. Ended up going somewhere else to purchase a new car.

This place is awesome! They make at home if you need to wait. The wait is never long. Beautiful vehicle ❤️! They make sure you are 1000% satisfied with what you purchase AND check back on you a couple weeks later. These people are amazing!!

Got me in without an appt to do an oil chain and tire rotate, first service on my new Wrangler. Also performed a recall to reprogram the PCM that had just come up. Free soda and coffee chair while I waited. Handled everything well, overall satisfied. Thank You Corwin!

I had the pleasure of speaking to Lucien Santiago, due to his knowledge and competent of what he was talking about I purchased a vehicle with Corwin recently. He was polite, professional and pleasing to talk . Thank you Lucien for answering all my questions and I look forward to bringing my car in for service!

If I could give -5 stars I would! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO BUY A CAR!! THERE ARE 20 BETTER PLACES TO GET A CAR IN THE AREA!! Tried to reach out to the person who scammed me into paying 40k on a 15k vehicle and they are ignoring my emails. Please for the love of god go to a more professional place than these people. They have no dignity for what they do and will not care for taking your money and ignoring you.

Don’t go here unless you want to be flat out lied to and waste your entire day. Had an appointment for 9 am. Was told an hour. 2 hours later went to check on my car and was told they had just started on it. 3 and a half hours still here waiting for my car. Poor customer service and very inconsiderate of other people’s time. Will never come here again

Purchased 2008 F-350. Purchased online from Texas. I had a friend do the test drive. During test drive, the NEW brakes locked up on the front. I was also told the starter was replaced and then after final payment to them, was told it wasn’t. During the drive back to Texas, 1200 miles, the truck had check engine light come on for P0088, P0528, P1000, P0215A. From what I can tell, the high pressure fuel pump is going out and will cost approximately 4000 to repair. That is only for the P0088 code. When I called the dealer to talk to them about it, I was told the managers are busy and they will get back to me. 4 days have gone by and no word from them. I am beyond disappointed to have been sold a vehicle in this condition and no efforts to help. I understand when a used car is purchased it is - as is - however a good dealership would have (& had in the past) offered some sort of assistance to help a customer. Not one word & now my calls are being ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!

The most unprofessional dodge location I’ve encountered. Got hung up on by the service department and a service advisor that I’ve left three messages with won’t return phone calls. Sucks that I have to go to grand forks to get service done. I would imagine that corwin would do better but I guess not. Won’t be purchasing from any of the locations in the future. And definitely will forget recommending them to anyone

Getting a head gasket replaced under warranty. - that was on Tuesday. It was supposed to take 2 days. I never heard back, so I called them the following Monday, wondering if they had a problem getting parts in, or what was the issue. Spoke with Scott - said it was done. I asked when was it completed and he said he didn't know. Pretty sure it is on his computer somewhere when it was completed. Meanwhile, I am driving a rental (Durango) gas guzzler and getting 16 miles per gallon. First time for service at this location and unless something happens under warranty again, I wont be back

My vehicle had been in their shop for 3 weeks!! Between dealing with our warranty and our "service advisor" who never seems to be around we have decided to just do the work ourselves! No one will talk to me, they keep forwarding me to our advisor. Never was able to get into a rental because of not being able to get ahold of him in a timely manner. And now that I want to pay and get my vehicle back, I can't speak to anyone but him either and i cant get ahold of him yet again! It's ridiculous!! Do not have service done at Corwin unless you don't need your vehicle back.

Had my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Recommend marking your tires if you’re paying for a tire rotation here. I was charged for the tire rotation, but know they did not rotate my tires because of my markings. Update: received a callback from the service manager. He apologized for the miss communication and offered a coupon for a tire rotation and oil change in the future. I’d still mark your tires before having it in for a rotation. That way you aren’t paying for something that was not performed.

I am not pleased. I dropped my car off for some recall services that were software updates. I was told they'd need it for the afternoon so I took the opportunity to get a ride home via the courtesy van (really one of the few positives of this experience). I waited for a call that my car was ready for pickup and as it approached 4 pm I'd not heard anything so I called in. I was connected to the service center that told me they sent a message to the person who'd checked me in and I should get a call from him shortly. Around 5:30 pm (since I knew they closed at 6) I called again for the same story. Saturday morning I called at 10 AM because I'd still not been contacted and the service center said only one person is in on Saturdays and they were currently working with another customer. I was told in about 30 minutes I'd receive a call. That never happened. So finally around 2pm I got a ride over so I couldn't be ignored anymore and as a approached someone in the service center to be helped he appeared to be at his desk playing on his phone. He finally went and looked to see that my car had, in fact, been completed the day prior, but for whatever reason nobody called me. No apology or explanation was offered for wasting my time. Now I've discovered since I picked it up that they messed something up with lane assist, engine start/stop, and automatic emergency breaking because all I have to do is drive around a few minutes before those all shut off and trigger alarms. I even had the car not restart at a stoplight. Update: I had it back in the following Monday morning. They discovered a loose ground wire from the work performed the week prior. They corrected the issue and apologized. I still never received a call though and only got my car because I once again got a ride over to see if it was done after they had it all day.

Okay, can't relate any experience with the New or Used Car Sales, or the standard Service Department...yet. I can however HIGHLY RECOMMEND the after-market department! I had some work done, great service, started on the vehicle right at my appointment time, and completed it quickly. I had an issue with one of the items, stopped back to see about another appointment to have it looked at, Luke took care of it right on the spot for me! THANK YOU CORWIN CHRYSLER FARGO...YOU GUYS ROCK!!

After trying to work with a different dealer my opinion of Corwin has improved drastically. The service center is excellent for maintenance on vehicles, I would caution if buying used from them to very thoroughly check over the vehicle and get in writing that they will fix anything they seems weird. Buying new there has been a couple hiccups but they have always done everything they can to make it right and are always somehow magically able to get payments in the range on need on the vehicles I want when no other dealer can.

Over $700 for a new battery, charged me for new terminals, didn’t get those, charged me $50 to dispose my old battery, it’s free for me to dispose and some places give you a gift card to bring it there. Said it cost $200 to diagnose the issue, I asked $200 and they said they do a trickle charge that takes a few hours and checks all wires and connections. dropped it off at 9 was ready to pickup before 11:30. Lesson learned, they take advantage of people and take every dime that can get away with. And to the dealership no need to try to contact me to call you, you should have done the right thing at the first place!! Shameful!!

It would probably be a good service shop to go to. But I can’t reccomend it because it is owned by Corwin. Please bring your cars to my Arabic friends at good day auto sales.

Spoke to Shane Ross service manager at Corwin with the issue of expired oil changes. First he called me personally which surprised me and spoke about the problem and after speaking to him he gave me the two oil changes free no expiration date. This is the type of business that I would definitely go to in the future. Just wanted to say THANK YOU Shane Ross and standing by your company and keeping your word.

Unfortunately very disappointed- After purchasing many vehicles from them, you'd think we'd be taken care of in the service department but I won't ever be taking my vehicles back there, nor will I be purchasing vehicles here in the future. They claim to do work which really is never done, they try to sell you on things you really don't need, and they're horrible getting back in touch with you. I'm happy to go to Minneapolis for future vehicles, I've recently bought a pickup from Belzer's and it's night and day a better experience. Also, I will only take my vehicles to Wahpeton at Dakota Chrysler Center going forward. It's a bummer while we live in Fargo, we can't rely on a local business, but I'd rather make sure the process is right and completed, instead of wondering what bigger mess I'm getting in to.

Had a warranty issue with the passenger seatbelt that the service department took care of here, David helped to get me in and out rather rapidly. I did need to leave my truck for a while but I would still consider it service completed quickly. Friendly enough and everything went smoothly. I now have working seatbelts!
