NBS took care of my car when I needed it the most. I was driving home to the cities when my car went out on a very cold Sunday. I called NBS thinking there was no way they could get me in on a Sunday. Eric immediately put my worries at ease, and told me he could look at my car within a few hours. I really appreciated how he explained what was wrong with my car (battery) in a way that was easy to understand yet did not feel like he was talking down to me as it can feel sometimes at body shops. Would highly recommend! And the dogs are a nice bonus as well :)

Got stuck in some heavy snow. Rapid response to call for help. Michael arrived in 17 minutes and had me pulled out without problem. Then he had me stop by their shop to evaluate any unintended damage to steering and underside of car. REALLY GREAT SERVICE!! HIGHLY Recommend THIS SHOP.

My daughter's A/C stopped cooling on the hottest days of the summer. I live 3 1/2 hours from Fargo with no way to help. After a tip from our nephew I had her take the car to NBS Automotive. Nora was very helpful and quick to response to my calls. They got the car in the same afternoon. Mike and Eric did a great job diagnosing the A/C problems and the price to repair the matter was right. Best of all my daughter called and said she felt very cared for and the guys were willing to teach her what to watch for should she experience additional problems. Just what a father of a college student daughter wants to hear! Nice job NBS Automotive!

Our tailpipe got disconnected on our way from Winnipeg to Minneapolis. Passing through a city we had never been to before, it was a blessing to find this garage. The repair was quick and inexpensive, and the receptionist was super friendly. I'd give you a 6th star for the doggos if I could. Thanks again for saving our Canadian bacon!

My engine light came on and I had a problem with my brake lights. I was able to go in the same day to get it looked at and they did a phenomenal job in a good and timely manner. The staff is great, the dogs are friendly and I would highly recommend for anyone who would like a friendly environment while their vehicle is getting serviced.

My typical mechanic was backed up, so I headed over here thanks to a friend's suggestion. I was NOT disappointed. This time around was just an oil change, but they can help with a LOT. I will be returning in the future. Nora was beyond pleasant at the desk, plus it was a welcoming environment in general. I HIGHLY recommend you try them out. 6/17/24:Another oil change and some new wiper blades. I go back on Thursday to get my taillight replaced. Fair prices, no hidden fees, no gimmicks. Just honest people helping you back on the road. 11/7/24:Brand new set of tires with a rebalance, still going here for my cars.

I was recommended to see NBS Garage and my experience was great throughout, starting with Nora up front. She was able to decipher between my understanding of the car issue and translate it to terms for the guys in back to understand what is wrong. Nora made sure to call before going through with any of the suggested repairs without confirmation first. The work was done efficiently and the price is fair. I will be going here for all my car servicing moving forward! One thing to note is that if you want to bring in your own parts to have them install, they do have a litter higher labor rate to install.

We’ve brought multiple vehicles into this shop over the last few years. I’ve always been given the truth of the matter on our vehicles, what they can or can’t do, what would be worthwhile work, it seems like they always have put my needs as the most important need to be addressed. They even pointed out future inevitable engine failure- of which they were absolutely right about- 6 months in advance. Our local mechanics, who had worked on the vehicle the most and last, gladly took the money and either knew or said nothing. I wish we had more mechanics like this little shop, they’re worth their weight in gold.

I am completely satisfied with the service here. They are up front and explain everything very well. If they are not sure of the problem, they will say so and one time made a referral to another garage that was better suited to find the problem. This was impressive. I have returned to them numerous times and they are now my go-to garage. The prices are reasonable. Perhaps the most important point is that I trust them. This is huge! I totally and completely recommend them.
