I have been very happy with the service at Corwin. I always have good correspondence and get helpful information from the personnel. Taryn was especially fabulous my last visit!

I purchased a Ford Escape with 89000 miles on it. They claimed they fixed the AC, That went out a week or two after I got it. Ever since I got it it had problems. I just found out about 6 months after buying the entire engine needs to be replaced....

Went in 4 different times and check engine light came on the same day everytime. I took it somewhere else and they said the engine was failing the whole time and they were stealing my money. Do not go here

Typical nightmare scenario dealership service center here. Schedule an oil change/tire rotation and told the tire didnât need rotated after 10k miles per factory recommendations... was going to let me put 20k miles on the tires. Makes you feel bad for the people that donât know anything about service, youâll definitely get taken advantage of at this place. Sorry I have to get warranty work done here.

I recently bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 with the off road package. I also chose to purchase a 6yr service plan for all standard services and diagnostic testing mechanical issues that may need to be fixed or replaced. experience in the service department was very overwhelming. It was chaotic from the time I arrived for my appointment for serviceThe customer service I received from the gentleman who greeted me as

I had such a great experience buying my new vehicle from Corwin Honda. Their website is user friendly, and made it easy for me to contact them to learn more about the car since I am 200 miles away. Andrew made sure I was very well taken care of, answered all my questions, and got me into the car he new I would love.

On May 4, 2020, I set up an appointment to drive a used car at Corwin Honda;and early on May 5th I nailed down the time of the appointment. Then I had to confirm the appointment once more before I left. The reason for the appointment was I had to drive over 80 miles to Fargo. Almost exactly 30 minutes outside of Fargo I received a call from Corwin that another customer had called and was coming in to look at the same car. My disappointment is in principle: This "other customer" called in and was not even there...he or she did not walk in to look at the same car. Why did not Corwin tell them that he or she had to wait 30 minutes to come and look because another customer was in route to see the car? In other words, I was in Corwin's queue. I am very aware that sales are "first come, first serve". That makes perfect sense; but in a very real sense I was the person that was first. Remember, it was Corwin that asked me to set up an appointment, and then confirm it too before I left for Fargo. I too would have understood if they would have called before I left, but it appears, IMO, fairly obvious that they saw an opportunity to play both ends against the middle. Corwin then called me again - less than 15 minutes before my appointment - to tell me that the "other customer had arrived" How gross is that? Corwin could not even wait another 15 minutes for me. This entire episode is why car salesman have such low reputations. I even asked if I had driven even farther (from Drayton or Devils Lake ) and had an appointment, would they have done (not honor our appointment) the same thing? The answer was "yes". So I suggest that a person think twice about driving any appreciable distance to Corwin to keep an appointment, because their idea of an appointment works only one way. Lastly, I purchased an used 4-Runner a little over 3 years ago from Corwin Toyota, and I am not sure I will dare deal with them again. You have to wonder about the type of manager this place has that chooses not honor appointments for the sake of waiting 15 more minutes for a loyal customer. Bad decision, IMO. Finally, how would anyone feel if the next time they go to a dental or doctor's appointment only to be told, "you will have to wait because we gave your time to another person who called after you." Does not make sense, does it?

Corwin Honda service center is a scam. They have their employees take advantage of people by saying âthis needs to be fixed right away, it needs IMMEDIATE attentionâ and when asked what is absolutely needed they gas light them in to saying everything is needed asap. This place makes so much money that youâd think when they wrong their customers they would admit their mistakes and at least offer a partial refund of some services, OR EVEN OFFER A REFUND OF A PACKAGE THAT WAS PURCHASED THAT HASNT EVEN BEEN USED YET!!!â Men who take advantage of women give me the ick. As you can see by the other reviews on here, this place sucks, never go here.

Couldn't be more disappointed with my experience here. I bought a used truck with about 25000 miles on it. They slap me with a terrible interest rate I immediately refinanced, only offered me the $4,000 "platinum" warranty and didn't even offer or quote any of the more affordable warranties. After everything gets signed and finished up I drive the truck home. Quickly realize they didn't include floor matts for the truck and the USB ports didn't work. I immediately take it back and rather than fixing for free, tell me a warranty claim will need to be opened. The mechanic did not know how to fix it. A simple phone call with a Luther mechanic and I was able to fix it myself. 5 days later, it rains, broken wiper blade... 2 months later I finally decide to inspect under the hood. Find a coolant leak and air filter that doesn't look like it was ever replaced. (It was lined with dead bugs, there aren't bugs in ND in Jan-Mar) Clearly they didn't even look under the hood before selling the car. So now I bring it in for another warranty claim. They tell me they got to order parts, bring it back Monday. I bring it back Monday. After 3.5 hours I call them asking if it's almost done. Haven't even started, turns out a part never came so they had to hold it overnight. That's normally something you would tell the customer and see if it's ok, which it wasn't. I now have to waste PTO on a third day to mess around with this. I tell them no and come and get my truck. At this point, I have had it with their terrible communication and call another mechanic. He said he can get the parts locally.... I want to switch the warranty claim over to the other mechanic and have him do it. Problem is I need Corwin to close their claim before I can open a new one. Called 3 times during normal business hours, can't get a human to talk to. Left 2 messages and am still waiting to get called back. Every time I have been there customer service reps treat me like furniture, rub their eyes and yawn as I am talking to them. If you want to be treated like you matter at all, I'd suggest Tuffy's or Dave's West Fargo Tire for service and anyone but Corwin for buying a used car.

Made an appointment brought my car in for alignment and guy(Demetrius) says it would take around an hour, more than 2hrs later he calls me and says itâs all done. I go to drive it and my steering wheel is so crooked that I didnât feel safe driving it. I brought it back right away and the guy(Demetrius) takes it for a quick drive and says my car completely fine and forces me to take the car as is. A day later I took the car to tires plus and they find one outer tie rod was bad and that they had to fix it to align the car properly and they also told me the alignment done by Corwin was waaay offâŚ. so yeah I wouldnât advise anyone to take their car to Corwin Honda for service cuz the just ripped me out.

Corwin Honda sales team and upstairs financial services drag there feet and consistently lie about how things will work just to get you in. Been waiting for my check for a sold vehicle for over a week. Then find out on Friday that the finance team leaves early before a 3day weekend. Customer service was only good until Corwin took possession of my vehicle then I have to physically stop in to get any answers. I would not recommend Corwin Honda or Mike B. For any services. I have never had such poor service in my life. A joke is what this place is. They do not care for there customers once your paperwork is signed. Pathetic service from top to bottom.

I get free oil changes with my service package on my vehicle. I have never seen oil changes that take all day or staff that only respond when customers are getting testy as they must be like this everyday. Last time took awhile but I thought it might be a bad day. Nope. I was there 1 hr 15 min on a 20 min oil change one of the first few vehicles in the shop as it opened up. I gave staff a 45 min heads-up before my next appointment was due and I needed to be out of their shop for my next appointment and if they couldnât have me out in 30 min then I would have to reschedule. Again they only respond with inaccurate quotes on wait times and until the point where I had to go and was politely saying I must reschedule now. Then they say 10 more min immediately but I see my car isnât even on the lift yet and the first next car in line. 20 min later Iâm free. Donât go here unless you would like to wait into 600%+ wait time anywhere else in town. If you have no life and can waste 6-8 hrs of your day off out of your time feel free to wait on something that should take mere minutes considering. To Corwin Honda you should be ashamed of yourselves because I never complain but you held my vehicle hostage telling me it was already basically done and another 10 minutes was 14 past my deadline to be out one way or another and I told you this. 20 minutes put me 24 minutes past my max deadline out of your shop. If you had rescheduled you would not be reading this along with the rest of the town right now. Take notes, it will save you bad reviews.

Very bad service. They never pick up the phone or call you to give an update. I always have to keep calling them back and even when I leave a message they still donât call back. I was working with keenan. Was told my vehicle would be ready and didnât even get a call the whole day. Now it will be the weekend and donât have my vehicle back

Called this morning to schedule an oil change as I was uncertain if they still allowed drop ins. Scheduled for this afternoon at 3. When I arrived I was told they had a vehicle or two ahead of me but should probably be about an hour--give or take a little. Waited in the lobby for over an hour and decided to check for an update. Was told it shouldn't be much longer. I have now been waiting for over two and a half hours and still no idea when it will be done. Do NOT recommend this place for an oil change/tire rotation. KIA Quick Lube or even Jiffy Lube is a far better option. It was explained to me they were understaffed today, but then they should have booked appointments accordingly. So disappointed!

My daughter bought her crv from corwin Honda 6 months ago. The first time she went for an oil change she purchased a bundle of 3 at a discounted rate. Monday she went in to use her second oil change expecting it to be free. She ended up with a bill of nearly $1000! The rep told her she had issues needing immediate attention. Essentially all of her fluids needed flushing. At no point did they say preventative maintenance. At no time did they mention all those things were done prior to her purchasing the vehicle. 6 months ago. They only told her it needed immediate attention. She is a 20 year old young woman with her first self purchased vehicle she will pay $20,000 for. She was scammed. My family has always purchased from corwin. We won't again. Management chose not to remedy this. Are you kidding me. You guys performed the same thing 6 months ago. Who could afford a vehicle if those things needed immediate attention every few thousand miles.? I can not believe corwin allows this many 1 star reviews to be. Something needs to be fixed. Number one would be customer relations. No business would let this fly if they actually cared about their customers. I wonder what valley news would think of this?

I've done all my service work at Corwin since I moved here six years ago. Always had a good experience till last visit. The details aren't important. What is important is how it was handled. After finding out I was disappointed, Chris Kjelshus the service manager called me. I took my car back in and the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you Chris!

Purchased a new Honda. Sales was great. Went in for first oil change today, with appointment at one. Was told an hour and twenty minutes, so I waited. At 3:30 I inquired, they said ten minutes. At 4:15 I again inquired. They said, yes, done, just pulled it to door. Service person said online updating not working properly. And no one came to find me to tell me done. I got the impression I could have sat there until closing if I had not inquired. Service writer not least bit friendly, basically just gave me paperwork and walked away. If it were not for the free oil changes, I would not go back in the service department. Very unprofessional and from the reviews I can see I am not the only disgruntled customer. The Dealership should be ashamed. Had to give a star or would not let me post.

Iâve not had a single positive experience servicing my vehicle at this location after multiple. It only gets worse EVERY time. There is virtually no point in scheduling an appointment, as they take vehicles on more of a first come first serve basis. I had an appointment schedule at 3PM for a simple oil change, I didnât leave the dealership until almost 6PM. My car has been returned to me with an incredibly foul odor multiple times, as if someone defecated in the front seat. And if the odor isnât the issue, my steering wheel and shifter have been left so dirty, covered in a thick âmudâ. I shouldnât have to worry about my vehicle being returned to me in the condition I brought it in, it should be the bare minimum. I had warranty work done here, and I had to have my vehicle back in three times to redo it due to the techs negligence. The last time I was in for an oil change, they sent me off with my vehicle inspection showing all of my tires at adequate pressure. My TPMS light came on within a few blocks of the dealership. I found one of my tires was significantly low. Thankfully, I carry a compressor in my car. This is again something I shouldnât have to worry about. The techs they employ donât even provide minimal professionalism and cleanliness. A better experience can be found anywhere.
