We have been in a couple times now, they have been great at communication, explanation of a cars needs, and the prices aren’t too bad compared to places like dealerships and stuff. Last time I went in, I overheard several customers come in saying things like “you guys are so good to us” “I really appreciate you guys” “you are really the best, thank you” so obviously others have also been satisfied with their work— give them a try!

I would give them five, but I made an appointment for only an oil change days in advance. When I arrive for my appointment, they tell me that it will take roughly 4 1/2 hours to complete my oil change and they seemed surprised that I even asked how long it might be. So I made other plans, only for them to call me after 45 minutes (the timing I would expect for an appointment for an oil change) to tell me it was done. Just confusing. Otherwise, the people were very friendly and, besides asking to rotate my brand new tires twice (once over the phone and once during the appointment), the other findings they had were known issues. So I do trust the mechanics! Can’t beat their pricing either.

The service I received at Fix It Forward Auto Care was absolutely amazing! I was able to book my appointment online making it easier to schedule. The staff were excellent from the time I entered their facility making sure all of my concerns were addressed. They even gave me an Uber ride home when I dropped my car off and gave me a ride back to their facility when my car was done. I will definitely be using their services in the future and I highly recommend you do as well!

I brought a vehicle in to have it super inspected before I purchased it. Fix it forward road tested it, city tested it, put it on The computer, checked for oil leaks, hoist it up, check the brakes, and the vehicle was given a clean bill of Health to the best of their ability. I had an amazing experience with Fix It Forward Auto Care while traveling through Fargo, ND. I’m a shop owner in Winnipeg, MB, and I called them on behalf of my customer regarding a 2017 Nissan Titan that wouldn’t start. Being out of town made the situation even more stressful, but Tyler and Matt (the owner) immediately stepped up to help. They went above and beyond—Tyler quickly arranged a tow truck and assured me that as soon as the vehicle arrived, one of their certified technicians would look at it right away. When the tow truck arrived, the driver tried starting the truck and—of course—it fired right up. I asked how much I owed for the tow, and they simply told me to have a good day — no charge at all. Their honesty, kindness, and willingness to help someone who wasn’t even a local customer truly stood out. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. Thank you, Tyler, Matt, and the entire Fix It Forward Auto Care team! Highly recommended.

Fix it forward has very nice workers with great customer service, however if you plan to take your car here please make sure you get a second opinion as well. I took my car here because something was wrong with the transmission, they then called and told me I needed a whole new one for 7,000 dollars. I thought that was very odd and decided to take it somewhere else. I got a call from the other place today and they told me something is wrong with the transmission but said it is not the whole thing it’s just a part with it and it would cost 1,100. Just by getting a second opinion I saved myself 6,000 dollars to take it to a place that was honest and wasn’t just looking at a woman and thinking they could scam her blind.

I cannot recommend Fix It Forward enough. Have a car that need repair, but low on cash? Well, don't despair! Fix It Forward will have you back in the road on no time without leaving you feeling drained and strained. And seriously, if you've found yourself on hard times and are working with an approved agency, have faith and know that it is absolutely worth your time applying for repairs through Fix It Forward. I've known others who've been blessed to have been serviced by the amazing staff at Fix It Forward, and now I've found myself in that group as well. They replaced my bald tires, tie rods, cabin filter, blower motor and its squealy, squeaky squawky resistor, and the actuator on the window that had been held up with tape. I now have safe, reliable transportation with *heat* that won't be squealing or sliding around corners. They took time and care to make sure to address all the problems I've been experiencing. Thank you so much to the staff at the 53rd Ave Fix It Forward. I am so grateful for this blessing and stepping stone during this transitional period. My ride along this journey just got a bit more smooth. Highly, highly, highly recommend visiting Fix It Forward.
