I absolutely love Das Auto! I have an old Honda that will probably run forever, but it needs some mild care. I have taken it in over the past couple of years a couple of times and I have never been over charged or pushed into any extra unneeded work. The do great work and have exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this place!

Chase and the guys did a fantastic job of taking care of me. I was looking around for a shop to do an install on some parts and found them by chance. I talked to Chase about what I wanted and he said they would be happy to take care of me. I came back the following Monday and they had me in and out in a few hours. Everything is great and I will be returning in the future for more service.

What can I say about the fellas at Das Auto? They will get you in quick, find the problem, and get you completely taken care of! I couldn't be more satisfied after using them from references from friends. They didn't disappoint. Kept me up to date on the whole process, showed me the damaged parts, didn't try and replace more then needed. Kept the price extremely reasonable. If you need honest dependable mechanics this is the place.

They work fast. The estimate given was the exact cost of the work, absolutely no hidden fees. Had to have my water pump and thermostat replaced, they reviewed all engine codes to see if there was anything else up. Gave recommendations to help the car engine last longer. They treated me with respect and are just wonderful. You can tell they love what they do and that care radiates throughout what they do. They will be my main mechanics for my VW Golf as long as I'm in Oklahoma.

Awesome experiences here. I would not trust most people to work on my Audi S8 but they did a great job a number of times figuring out the issues and fixing it properly. They impressed me a number of times being able to find issues and get it done like they did. They are reasonably priced which is helpful I feel like I can trust them as well. Highly recommended mechanics.

Perfect mechanic for my VW Passat. They even work on my wife’s Mercedes and have been very helpful and a far less expensive option for routine maintenance on it than the dealership. But for my VW they are great. Always can get it in same day or next day, diagnose the problem quickly and effectively. Very straightforward with estimates and cost which for a mechanic is a breath of fresh air.

Do not use these guys if you have an Audi! I left my vehicle there to have my ac evaluated after being told the cooling fans weren’t working from another reputable auto service center who doesn’t do work on Audi’s. They called me with a hefty bill to repair($1800), not a problem. Was told heater would still work so I could delay repair until spring. I decided to delay repair with Christmas approaching. I paid a diagnostic fee of $150, no problem, even though I told them what the issue was. I picked the vehicle up but had to wait 20 minutes which I thought was odd considering I told them on Thursday I wouldn’t do the repair and was coming to get vehicle. I went ahead and paid the $150 diagnostic fee and went to leave and Chase told me the battery was dead, which was a red flag since the battery was purchased less than a year ago. I never had an issue until I took it in. I thought it was odd but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. I drove it straight to a restaurant, turned vehicle off and I have zero power. I’m now stranded at a restaurant with my dash flickering due to this service center sending me away knowing they messed the vehicle up. Such a fraud group and one that won’t be around if you need them.

Chase has always been helpful whenever there has been an issue with my vehicle. He provides the best solution at a fair price and has never take advantage of me. They did the front crank seal on my a4. To do this they had to remove and reinstall the lower timing cover. I have to change the timing chain now and the bolts are one time use but they reused the old ones. Also, the spec on the bolts are 8lbs torque. Five of the bolts were stripped out and the rest clicked at 54+ lbs with a torque wrench. Now I have to weld bolt heads on the break them loose. ****Update: the shop contacted me first thing this morning. Asked some info to look into it. They called me back shortly after to explain the procedure they used to replace the seal without removing the lower timing cover. I checked with another mechanic and it seems that they were being honest. I don’t hold them responsible for stripping the bolts. I appreciate the reaching out to me to clear things up.

I’m new to this area but I definitely take pride in my Benz and have invested a lot of time and money into my car so I only want the best for it when it comes to maintenance and when I tell you these wonderful people at Das auto garage have done just that! My car runs like I just got it and did not hesitate to look out for me when it came to anything I’ve needed done. Quick fast service and they would get 100 stars from me! They will ALWAYS be my go to spot for my car. Thank y’all for everything!
