Justin was so patient, knowledgeable and explained how things worked and why I needed certain things performed on my car or why I didnt need certain things done on my car. As a woman I really appreciated that.

If I can give this auto shop a zero I would I would never send any of my friends family there because they lie they don't do what they say they do and very unprofessional. Went in to have a pressure test for water pump and they didn't even know that the reservoir was cracked. And when I called to speak to him he didn't even understand the word reservoir. So beware if you take your car there

Had a rear main seal, brakes and cv boot replaced here on an Acura MDX. The owner took his time and explained to me where the leak is and the break down of costs. If I want to use OEM parts, he can get those for me as well. Seems like a pretty down to earth guy and pleasant to talk too. Got the car back today and everything seems ok for now. Will most likely take my cars to this shop in the future if it needed repairs.

These dudes are good at fixing cars. The shop does have a very rough exterior...no clean, corporate look here. I went with my elderly neighbor to make sure she didn't get ripped off. They were pretty nice and honest.

Nor worth the time or money. Took cast for brakes and spark plugs and both times he called to jack up price and when i get a light coming on he wants to charge more money to look at what they messed up on. Trash place a crooked people running it. Please stay away, not worth the tie and money.

I went Pro Auto Repair and requested a thermostat replacement. The guy in the office told me that it's normal for GMC pickups to run at a temp between 210 and 220F. I told him I keep smelling antifreeze but the reservoir remains full. He said for $99 he could diagnose my problem so I handed my keys. 30 minutes later he says radiator is leaking. The next morning Pro Auto Repair replaced my radiator. I pay then $460 for the repair. I leave and run a couple of errands. I pull Grandys and my truck won't move forward or backwards. Granny's help me push my truck out of the drive thru. There was a bunch of transmission fluid under the front of my truck. The wrecker tows my truck to Pro Auto Repair . To find out a transmission was put on without a clip, which caused the fluid to drain out of my truck. The 2 mechanics repaired their mistake made during the installation of that morning's service of replacing my bad radiator. They test drive my truck and handed me my keys. I ask them would they pay for the tow since the problem had been their fault. The tow cost $160. Pro Auto Repair would only give me $80 towards the tow and it wasn't no fault of my own. No I wouldn't recommend this Repair shop.

These guys seem like the real deal. My old mechanic, I've used for 15 years, retired recently. I think I've found my new one. I've had two different vehicles worked on here. The first one was unfixable, but they were honest enough to work on it, then tell me it wasn't fixable, and charge nothing. My 2nd vehicle, they did a large job (rebuild rear end, replace ball joints and brakes on front). They did a great job, it cost what they said it would cost. There was an overrun, and I wasn't asked about the extra work. I said I really needed it to cost what I had agreed to, and they only charged that. It was also cheaper than the first place I checked with. They've also been quite polite, each time I've spoken with them...

My dad went Pro Auto Repair to fix Power Steering of Toyota Highlander 2013 . The power steering wheel have issue, you feel very hard when turn it. Sometimes you disconnect battery and then the power steering work. After 3 - 5 days, the guys checked and repaired, called back my dad told him the car fixed with replaced the battery + program . They charged $425.54 (tax included) for that, gave back the car and told my dad that " If have issues again, bring the car to TOYOTA dealer ". My dad got the car just drove one day and the car have same issue. We lost $425.54 at Pro Auto Repair and got the car was it. I called back this shop, and they said that i bring the car back to fix again , it is not warranty which we have to paid more or whatever, and said that the car worked when they gave back.

This place is the biggest scam ever! Do not go here! I had a warranty that covered almost everything on my car and they sent one thing to be fixed to the warranty company that cost 150 dollars and then showed me a list of what needed to be replaced totaling 3000 dollars. I called the warranty company and they told me they never got the list of everything that was wrong! They will scam you!

$450 for oil pan gasket on truck leaking again after 6 months. $275 for 1 spark plug which ended up actually needing 4 plugs and ignition coils replaced. Good thing I knew how to fix it instead of the PROS! These guys are good at being polite but don't take their kindness for intelligence cause they don't know jack about cars.

My granddaughter had her car fixed here, and it's still ran rough. I went with her to confront them and their reaction was very commendable. She didn't get the same reaction when she went, I guess that's the way women are treated. I explained to them what her problem was and the owner or manager I don't know which immediately said no problem let's take a look. They realized that one of the ignition coils they had replaced was fouled and replaced it again. There was no charge of course and they were very prompt in getting it done. I'm very satisfied with their reaction, and maybe the reason my granddaughter didn't get that same reaction is perhaps probably because she didn't understand how to explain the problem. I get this place five stars

Justin is okay (Son), but David...nah uh... he's a shyster (Dad). Watch out!!😬 I ask them to do a simple distributor timing, they wanted to take my engine apart. Bought a timing light, did it myself and havent had a problem on my daily driver since. The only reason I don't give them 1 star is out of respect for Justin.

Charged me 100$ to diagnose when I had told them what was wrong with the car already. I was simply seeing how much it would cost to fix. Sketchy place for sure. Don’t recommend.

Horrible place. My car was leaking radiator fluid, and I took it to get tested. I knew it had a bad hose, and took it just to confirm. They told me it was the radiator. Took it to a different shop and they confirmed it was just the hose. Clearly, they just wanted to charge more for labor on installing a new radiator. Such lack of integrity from this place. Luckily, i'm an engineer and I know when i'm getting scammed.

I was involved in a collision on Black Friday 2019 & had my vehicle dropped off at this shop 6 days later. I tried to remain as patient as possible knowing that we'd be dealing with insurance claims & approvals. As the wks progressed, the confusion began to build. The communication was broken from the 2nd wk between the shop versus the insurance agent & myself. One week, the repairs were one thing, and the mechanic said what was wrong. The next wk, he told us that the parts were being ordered & the repairs would be started once the parts came in. The next wk, the first estimate was only for the body damage from the wreck & that the repairs were going to cost more because all the damages were not going to be covered. In that same 3rd wk on a Thursday, I was getting frustrated with all the back & forth so I went to the shop to ask questions. I arrive, I find who I need to speak to, and I begin to ask my questions, the owner of the shop, immediately, cuts me off mid-sentence & tells me that my car is totalled. So I asked him, 'how can my car be totalled when you were ordering parts for it jus last wk?' He proceeded to tell me that it was totalled & that I needed to call the insurance company. My vehicle went into this shop one way and came out completely broken. The first photo was after the collision & the 2nd photo is the day I picked it up & took it to another shop. Ugh, I am very upset with Pro Auto Repair because the new shop I took it to fixed my car in 2 days. I do not recommend Pro Auto Repair. I feel like they tried to milk the insurance company, which in turn looked bad on my part; when in all reality, I jus wanted my vehicle back. I was without my vehicle for almost 2 months, having to ride the bus, Uber, walk to work or wherever else I needed to go. Do not take your vehicle to this shop. Avoid if at all possible. I wish that I could give this place NO stars.
