My F250 Diesel 6.0 Liter had Injection Control Pressure issues. I was passing through town when it broke down, but glad I had it towed here. Jimmy helped me out and was very knowledgeable about my engine, fixed it, and identified something I hadn't understood that I need to keep my eye on down the road. Very very happy with the service. Full 5 star rating.

Dave's Auto repair recently worked on my 2014 F-150. They honored a warranty on a previous repair of my valve cover gasket and did the job quickly. In addition I had them do some other maintenance items and they did a great job. They have my recommendation.

There was an issue with the power steering. Sent it in to get fixed. About a week later, picked it up worse than it was left. Took it back, about two weeks later, it came back missing a cap on the power steering fluid and within days started leaking power steering fluid. Took it back a third time. It took them two days to find the leak instead of one and they said they need to order a part but I needed my car while they wait for the part I’ll just had to fill it with power steering fluid before I drive it until the part comes in. On my way home my perfectly working AC suddenly quits. I didn’t connect the dots until I went to fill the power steering fluid the next morning and noticed that two caps off my AC line were missing when they were on my car when I dropped it off because I had to put power steering fluid in before I drove it to the shop and they are stand out green colored. They are claiming the AC is broken but it was nothing they did. The quote to fix it was about +$800 which is $200 over the highest recommended quote from the dealership. I had to wait to even speak to anyone because the Thursday holiday made a four day work week. I feel like I am never going to be done with this situation and I can’t be sure things will be handled correctly at all. I honestly don’t trust this shop anymore but have no choice but to keep dealing with them until they finally at least fix the power steering. Regardless I’ll have no AC anymore in almost 100* weather. They also did an inspection on the car to see if it had anything that needed attention before it was sold. It had been in the new owners possession less than 24 hrs before the serpentine belt disintegrated. Seems like a big miss when that belt is often the first thing to need replaced on an old hardly driven vehicle. I picked up my car and finally left feeling very dissatisfied and worried about the condition of my vehicle.

Dave and his team provide excellent customer service. The oil/filter change in my RAM turbodiesel was performed in a timely manner and for a fair price. Dave also, at no charge, ran diagnostics to clear an engine code and gave me an analysis of possible scenarios for correction.

I just started taking our family’s vehicles to Dave’s recently as I have the new responsibility to make sure my sister and mom’s car are maintained as well as my own. Everyone at Daves is very easy to talk to, they explain everything they’re doing, and are respectful and kind. I appreciate that I have a place that I can trust to get the job done and quickly too!!

Really wish I could recommend these guys, but I cannot. Took my car in and left it for a routine oil change and tire rotation (first time using these guys, trying to find a closer shop to my house). I go back later that day to pick up and notice on the bill they charged for 6 quarts of oil instead of the usual 5. Asked them about it and at first they tell me I'm wrong and it takes 5.8 quarts. After I insist that is wrong and look in my own manual while at the shop and show them, they say, "we need to drain some oil." So I leave the car again and come back after hours as I had to work. I check the oil myself to make sure it's at the correct level before I start it...still too full. Leave it again and tell them to drain some more and please leave the keys under the mat so I can pick up after work the next day. They drain some more oil and I go to pick the car up again after work...doors locked and can't get in. Wait over the weekend and go in Monday to pick it up as the keys were inside the shop. I again ask to confirm the oil level is correct given the history and my personal checking of the oil, at which time they argue with me saying it was appropriate after the first correction, but they "drained some more to get it in the center of the two dots on the dipstick." I asked how this happened in the first place and their response was, "I honestly don't know, it happened so long ago," (it was last week). So I take the car and leave after again checking the oil and it was finally correct after being in the shop 3 different times. Not once was I offered a discount or apology. They did refund me for the extra quart of oil but that's it. To top it all off, they charge a $12 "shop fee" on the bill just because. Not sure if this is an anomaly or what as they have great reviews otherwise, but I will definitely NOT be returning.

Dave's Auto is my "go to" auto shop for all of my vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Curtis and his crew are great at what they do and are extremely communicative. They answer the phone and make appointments quickly and easily. When you show up for your appointment, you're greeted with a smile and your vehicle is swiftly taken in for service. I have never felt that I was "waiting" for more time than necessary. Dave's Auto Repair offers fair and upfront pricing with service that is preformed correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend having your car needs taken care of at Dave's Auto Repair.

It took a week longer than I thought, because they were shipped the wrong part. They charged me more than they normally would because they said I shouldn’t have removed the old turbo myself, which I wasn’t happy with. But somehow I still give them 4 stars because I think they are good at what they do and seem like great people.

Dave’s Auto Repair is the best shop for diagnostic and repair. I’m an elder female. They treat me with respect and are fair in cost. I took my Toyota Venza to them several months ago sure I needed brakes. The shop was full. Curtis said if I’d leave it they would call me, after they looked at the brakes, with a price. Curtis called and told me my brakes were fine, still good. This time my car needed a repair. I was sure it was the air Conditioner and/or fan. Not the air conditioner. It was the Heat Shield. Trustworthy!!!! Thank you, Curtis and team.

After almost a year of my husband and I going to Dave’s for car repairs, I can say it’s the best mechanic shop we’ve had! Curtis and his team provide honest and quality service with excellent customer service. As a young woman, I’m comfortable waiting for my car there while it’s serviced and I don’t ever feel over charged or taken advantage of. Curtis was willing to check my check engine light at no additional cost and explained how it was an easy fix that I could do myself. Then I could bring my car back over and he’d turn off the check engine light for me. I really appreciated that.

Horrible communication between his customers and the owner. GROSSLY OVER CHARGED me on my Ford Excursion and didn't even tell me he was going to charge for only having to jumpstart my truck when I've never had one issue with batteries etc. Took in for bearings to be replaced and got charged 200.00 for a jumpstart at his shop! I hope he makes this right or this will stand for a review!! Update, the owner Curtis took care of the issue and admitted there was an over charge on the Bill. I might give them another chance to work on my viechles again. Thank you

Charged me for a diagnosis that I did not agree on. I brought it back for a re-inpection not a diagnosis, that was never mentioned. I added power steering fluid myself and brought it back thinking it would pass but obviously that didn't work but I never asked for a diagnosis neither did anyone ever mention doing one they did mention a re inspection which is the whole reason I brought it back. I understand that "if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel." (1 Tim 5:8). Nothing is free in life but I don't pay stuff I didn't ask for.
