I tried to schedule a maintenance service and emailed them with a couple questions regarding whether I could take my vehicle to the local Dave Smith location or if I needed to take it to CdA. They didn't respond to the email but called and left a message. I tried calling them back multiple times over three days, no answer except for when I called the main service center line and had a girl answer and I explained my situation and questions to her she sounded put out and the best answer she gave was that it depends on what maintenance I needed. I stated I wasn't sure and that I was responding to the maintenance service reminder email I received from them. I was transferred and again sent to voicemail. I won't be using their service center.

Took my vehicle in for a routine service and I am glad I did. They did a full inspection and even pulled me in and showed me that one of my Calipers was stuck and wasn't working at all so I only had brakes on 3 wheels that was working. They fixed it and my rotor as well and had the full service done in record time. I would highly recommend the team at Dave Smith Motors. Their service department is awesome!

Took my challenger scatpack here for a new water pump, they diagnosed my vehicle and turns out my radiator was leaking a little, they were on that super fast! Josh took care of us quickly and professionally. Craig the tech worked on my vehicle and fixed the problems fast and now the car is back to running good, no more grinding noise from my water pump! Car was finished faster than expected!

Jerry at Dave Smith motors took excellent care of me. He found the vehicle I wanted for a great price, never tried to push me on something I didn't want or sell me anything extra. Buying my first vehicle I was a little nervous but he was absolutely amazing and made it so easy. He helped me get exactly what I wanted and for a great price. Don’t even know where to start, I guess the good. The customer service is good and they are polite and professional,. My pickup had problems from the start (200 miles after purchasing) and they took care of me and gave me a loaner vehicle twice while they dealt with the warranty and did minimal repairs. That’s where the good ends. They replaced my engine with a reman, that was around 30,000 miles ago. I am now rebuilding the engine myself since the warranty has expired, and holy god the half assery I am coming across is worse than things my buddies and I did to cars we planned on wrecking on purpose when we were 16. I hope for their sake whatever techs worked on my pickup are gone, because if they would have done their job correctly this reman engine would have lasted longer than 30k miles, and yes I did the maintenance on schedule and checked fluids and kept them full. I guess unless they planned it, get it just past warranty and he will buy a new one? The two stars reflects the one star the techs deserve, they get one extra for the loaner vehicles. They need to QC their techs work and supervise them closely. Hey at least they are polite though!
