Very honest and good service. For example, if my hybrid battery cooling filter is still clean, they don't change it and charge nothing. Other workshops would certainly charge for no reason, but here they are honest and only charge for what the customer really needs. The employees are all friendly and competent. Work on my cars has always been done to my satisfaction.

I have a 2014 Audi A4 with just over 100K miles. I typically take my cars to Davidson Car Care, primarily for emissions, just like I do with my other vehicles. However, this year was the first time my Audi failed the emissions test. Normally, I take my cars to Firestone for brake-fix or any mechanical issues, but after some recent issues with their service, I was hesitant. I decided to speak with Haider at Davidson Car Care, and after our conversation, I felt confident moving forward with them. Haider explained the steps they would take to identify the root cause. They ran smoke tests and checked the vehicle's computers for any errors. The issue was traced to the Leak Detection Pump. As expected, parts for an Audi can be expensive, but before replacing the part, they disassembled it, cleaned certain components, reassembled everything, and ran another smoke test. This time, the test came back clean. After completing the emissions test, the car passed. In the end, their persistence in finding and solving the problem saved me money, and I trust their judgment. I will definitely be using Davidson Car Care as my go-to service for all my vehicles moving forward. Thanks to Tony and Haider for providing trustworthy service!

Wow- I'm impressed with the integrity and persistenc of the owner when I handed him a hot mess. After a week of replacing and working on my EVAP leak I knew I needed help. He got it in, diagnosed it and fixed it while also working with my warranty company on another large issue. He came in to the shop during a holiday weekend when they were closed to make absolutely sure it was ready for our roadtrip. I have had both mine and my wife’s vehicle serviced here for a few years now. I like their up front answers to your maintenance and service questions. They have proved to have competent technicians and have fixed issues for my vehicles when brought in. I haven’t had to make a return trip for follow-ups or complaints. Their pricing is more reasonable than the dealerships. Just a straight up good mechanic shop. The staff up front have also been very professional. I hope that this shop will maintain their level for service and professionalism so I won’t have to go find another mechanic shop. I would hope to have a good relationship with this shop like you would have with your barber, as long as I am in the area. Keep up the good service and I’ll keep coming back.

What an honest mechanic. I always thought that was just an oxymoron. I wanted to get a quote for changing a bumper, and he first said it’s not worth changing because the damage is minor. And he then quoted about half of what the shop down the street quoted. And he said he’d be done in two days (the other shop wanted AT LEAST a week). Looks like I have a new mechanic that I trust now :)

My check engine light came on, so I took it to a shop I had used for years. They diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price. Someone I trusted told me they think a lot of Davidson in Allen, so out of curiosity, I took my car to them and asked them to diagnose the problem and give me a quote. Not only was Davidson $900 less expensive than the first shop, they also told me from what they observed, the part that the first shop said was defective was working fine and wouldn't have triggered the check engine light. They were so sure their repair would work, they said if it didn't they'd make the repair without charging me. Their repair worked. They saved me a lot of money and now they have a new customer for life.

Davidson’s Car Care – Trusted, Skilled, and Fair I brought my ‘93 Gen 1 Viper to Davidson’s Car Care in Allen, and they did a great job at a fair price. I would rate this place higher if I could. The rim of my tire fell off and after the shop saw it was a small fix, these kind gentlemen fixed it right away without having me wait. When I asked for how much was the fix, they didn’t even charge me. I know most shop would’ve taken advantage of the situation, but this shop is definitely not one of them. Ethnical business 10/10 would recommend
