Called Dee after my van was towed to a mechanic shop on a Saturday and they couldn't complete a proper diagnostic until Monday. I really needed my car to get to work that Monday so I contacted Dee and let him know my situation and expectations. He agreed over text and came to check out the van within an hour. He diagnosed my issue and we found a part for it near by however, it was getting ready to rain/storm and he said it was a job that will take 3-4 hours. I asked him if he realistically thought he could get the job done tomorrow (Sunday) and he assured me that he could. I paid him $80.00 for the diagnostic and expected to meet him the next day. Sunday rolls around and I had to initiate contact to make sure he would keep me updated on what time he could come back out. He told me he was planning on a time between 11:30am -12 noon. By that time it was raining and I text him to let him know that rain might go on until 6pm and he said that wasn't too late for him to work. Rain stopped at 4pm (5pm at the latest). Never heard from him in regards to working on the vehicle. . . Don't make promises to people that you don't intend to keep. I paid you $80.00 for absolutely nothing because the shop did their own diagnostic. Waste of time and money. Unreliable. EDIT Response: First of all, YOU were never going to go get the part. After I located the part at a closer shop (in walking distance) you called the shop to verify they had it so that IIII could go pick it up. Which is crazy considering my vehicle was literally broken down and you had a working one (unprofessional). It was a tad late (about 8pm and the store closed at 9pm and was down the street) but it wasn't raining yet. You had time and opportinity to get it if you wanted to. Second of all, I never told you an old man owned the shop because he doesn't, another lie and irrelevant piece of information. I got permission from the shop owners to have you do the work on their lot on Sunday since they weren't open. Third of all, I never asked you for a 2 hour notice I asked you for a ONE hour notice (not that it makes a difference). If it had gotten "too late" for you to come out all you had to do was COMMUNICATE. Me needing a one hour notice and you not communicating at all are two unrelated things (unproffessional). Lastly, you misdiagnosed my vehicle and thought so yourself because you text me asking questions about other signs and symptoms the van may have had at 4pm on Sunday. I responded and never heard anything else from you. I had 2 different non-affiliated mechanics perform diagnostics on my van since you looked at it (during business hours on that same lot you so irrelevantly mentioned ) and they both said the engine was bad, fuel pump great. I gave you grace in my original review by not mentioning a couple things. Bad decision on my part. PS. It's funny how you try to paint yourself as a victim in this situation. I'm not the ONLY ONE that's saying this about you. Clean your eyes and check your reviews again. Keep running your business the way you're running it now and it won't always be peaches and cream. Now ✌️ on that.

I was referred to Dee by a friend. She used him to repair her car. My mobile mechanic of 30 years recently retired and I was looking for a new mobile mechanic. I don't like taking my car to the shop unless I absolutely have to take it to the shop. I hate the feeling like I am being overcharged to repair my vehicle. I was absolutely satisfied with him replacing my front and back brakes. His prices are more than reasonable. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He communicated with me when he was on his way. I am so glad I found a new mechanic. I have already started recommending him to family and friends.

He came on time which was impressively fast was very professional, he explained everything he was doing and I can tell he knows his stuff. He worked quickly and checked my car after he was done to ensure everything was good. Dee is not only honest and reliable but he comes to you and has very affordable prices. Dee definitely came though for with conveniency and efficiency. I needed some help with my water pump as soon as possible and he was the only person to answer that call and help me out. BE WARNED. This guy completely lied to me about a 2 year warranty that he never planned to honor, missed our scheduled appointments and then blocked me showing zero respect for other people’s time or their hard earned money. Over 200 dollars of mine went down the drain on a battery that he promised 2 year warranty on. The battery didn’t last more than 1 month. To be clear nothing was done during that singular month to cause the battery to fully die- it literally will not hold any charge... The car was not sitting too long, or being operated improperly. Over text he agreed to come back out to replace it under the provided warranty (with a travel fee of 50). I agreed to that. Day of the scheduled return appointment, he said he had a flat tire and needed to rebook. I accommodated him, and moved it to a different date at 10 AM. This was my personal day off. After waiting from 10 AM-2 PM for him to never show and leave all of my texts on read…. Today he blocked my phone number, my Instagram profile, and will probably never reply. HEADS UP If you’re offering warranty on your work, but then blocking customers when they need to utilize it, you are actively SCAMMING people out of their money. Blocking a customer after subpar work shows zero integrity behind your business. Even on the date of the initial battery install he was a no call no show, and claimed DAYS later that he was unresponsive bc his phone broke. Reading through other low Google reviews, I can see he’s had a “broken his phone” and other personal “emergencies” come up with different customers in the past. I understand life happens and I’m happy to work with someone’s schedule if something comes up… but when you intentionally avoid and block customers who have paid you for services that’s when it becomes an issue of a lack of integrity. Don’t just take my word for it; read through the multiple other low reviews detailing his inability to keep his own. (Im fully prepared for him to reply with some false excuse explaining why he didn’t honor the appointment, but I have text receipts in his own words confirming a 2 year warranty, and also agreeing to replace the battery under that warranty, right before I was stood up and blocked) EDIT: Just like I anticipated! He can’t answer a text or call for days at a time, but he’s ready to respond on Google within hours! LOL. Everything he argued is either completely false or twisted. He’s lucky you cant attach text screenshots to a Google review. Otherwise he’d be looking very obviously dishonest.

On the hottest day of the year so far 100 degrees, D came out to my home and repaired my shift linkage. My truck was stuck in the driveway. He was outstanding. The repair was fast and the price was totally reasonable. I tried going down the list of mobile mechanics. They either didn't reasondcat all or failed to even call me back as promised. i recently ran into A LOT of car issues, went out to go to work and my car wouldn’t start, i called about a million different mechanics and Dee was the only person who answered, he came out within two hours of my call and charged me such a fair price. the work was quick and efficient. not to mention i told him i was lookikg to buy a different car and sell mine and he not only offered to buy my car but he offered to help find a reliable car for me. and then when i changed my mind and decided to keep my car he was so understanding and offered to do a full service to make sure i don’t have any issues with an up coming cross country road trip im doing. i could not be more grateful and appreciative of finding Dee. this city has not been very kind to me since moving here but Dee has made sure i’m taken care of !!!! 12/10 in my book saved his number and will use him for all car needs

Dee came out to diagnose a few of our vehicles. When he arrived he had no tools, no jump starter and asked to use anything that we had on hand. For all of them he said they needed gas and a new battery. Not sure how you can diagnose a vehicle without getting under it or really getting in the hood with the proper tools or equipment. As expected, when we bought new batteries and fueled them up they still wouldn’t start. Would love to support black business, but only those that are ethical and honest. We were scammed.
