Disappointed with the service, communication was sketchy. My truck was at the dealership for 3 + weeks waiting for a fan motor replacement and a rear window replacement. Was told the water pump and radiator were “starting” to leak, not sure where. No indication of leaks ? When I finally got the truck back the next morning the battery was dead, got the truck started and now the tachometer doesn’t work. the service advisor said he would email the invoice to me, which I still haven’t received. Very disappointing.

Second time at your dealership and second poor experience. That day I was the very first car there in the morning and I had an appointment. The service advisor skipped over me even after the customer next to me told him I had already been waiting. He told me that someone else would help me, later after helping three other customer that same service advisor came back to me and asked what I needed, I asked what happen to “other” service advisor and he said that no one was their. So I was lied to and skipped over. On top of that I literally came in for a tire rotation and to check a recall, the tire rotation took literally 2 hours and the recall was skipped.

We have a 2016 C7 Z06 Corvette. We were in a caravan and the person behind us told us that our taillights were flickering on and off as we went down the road. I thought for sure that the problem would be very difficult to solve. We took the car in for repair and the service manager, Ivan, was able to determine that the brake pedal sensor was misaligned. I was impressed that Ivan was able to solve the problem. We are blessed to have Ivan servicing our car.
