If I could give him a zero star I would. I paid $360 for him to fix my car and he didn’t and when I took it back to him he said well something else went wrong I need to spend another $400. Total rip off!!! Bad customer service, go somewhere else.

Not pushy trying to get you to do repairs you don't need. They are competent and professional and nearly always have my repairs done same day and the repairs seem to be priced about were I expect or a little less where other places I've gone I always experience sticker shock.

Deplorable staff. They shud be stripped of their license just for trying to hustle potential victims, and for yelling at and punching their customers for telling them you won't do biz with them. Don't go there.

First mechanic I went to; didn't live up to all the nightmare stories people usually tell about auto mechanics. Brought in a 1996 Dodge Avenger with a messed up MAP sensor, expected to pay ~$400(which is around what the dealership wanted), ended up paying $210 for 3 hours of nice work. My car is driving great, my bank account isn't empty, and they were pretty nice and informative. They made sure to tell me EXACTLY what was wrong, they didn't try to sell me on making unnecessary fixes, and they finished at under their quote of $250. For the cost-conscious like myself, they charged $80 for a diagnostic(not forced, I asked for that), $80 for labor per hour(it was a quick fix, mostly diagnostic work, so they only charged me $40), and $84 for the part itself, which is about average with online pricing, and which was delivered to the shop within an hour. I let them know I was working within a $400 limit, they made sure not to exceed it. Very pleased first time customer, and I will go back soon=)

I'm always suspicious when I see 5 star reviews that are very short with no details, especially now that I have had such a bad experience with Master Mechanix. The A/C unit on my 2005 Toyota Highlander stopped working and Master Mechanix replaced the compressor, filter and freon and provided a 2 year warrantee. During the 2 year period, I needed to bring my Toyota in 3 times and after the third visit, I was told that the switch in the interior cabin dashboard control panel was bad, needed to be replaced and they couldn't buy just the switch from Toyota, they needed to buy the entire control panel, which would cost over $1200 plus labor to install. Instead, I brought my Toyota to another shop called Reliable Auto Service Center in Huntington Beach and the problem was diagnosed as a faulty compressor clutch relay, which cost me $68 installed. That was 3 months ago and my A/C unit is working great.

I had an overheating issue come up in my Dodge out of the blue. I had to pick up my boy from school and was in a bind on not needing to breakdown with him. Especially when I don’t get him often. I was told to call Harry. They had me bring it over asap. They understood my situation and made both of us feel comfortable with all their friendliness. They found the issue fast, got the parts and had us back on the road. Mind you, this was at the end of the day but they wanted to make sure i got to spend time with my son. Worked on my daughters 2011 bmw. Did a fantastic job. Had a bad/cracked radiator and got it fixed in one day. Harry always does quality work and uses OEM factory parts. His shop is one of the cleanest shops town. Love the fact he’s a family owned business and treats us with kindness.

Recently learned that a water pump replacement on a 2012 Ford Edge is no simple, inexpensive job. I talked to 4 shops, 2 refused to take on the job and the other two seemed too expensive. I called MM and spoke to Harry. He quoted me a fair price and explained in detail what he'd be doing. When I picked up the car he showed me all the replaced parts and even replaced the cabin air filter. Best of all was that his final price was less than his original quote and the car runs great again. I'll be back for sure

A Family owned and operated Business! I was referred here years ago by another mechanic - When my left Turn-Signal Handle needed replacement - And Master MECHANIX was Highly Recommended. I bring my Toyota here for all my Oil changes. Today, i finally needed to have my Spark Plugs replaced….and i forgot to get a Price Quote when i called to make the Appointment - But it was around what i had googled (No surprises).
