Only because my car is fixed, but service wise was not happy at all. Everytime I spoke to someone I was met with Nasty attitude, but if they spoke to my husband they were nice. I know misogyny exist but sshheesshh!

Just took my truck in for a clutch bleed because I was having issues bleeding it at home. The staff was all very helpful and informative. I first called for a quote and instantly after talking with them they knew what the problem was over the phone. After I took it in they got my clutch bled out and informed me of a possible other issue, because of what the symptoms were it could have been a large issue or just a small one. Luckily for me I was able to narrow it down to the smaller issue and make my adjustments where it was needed. I just would like to say thanks to Sully's for the great service.

My 2014 Silverado had the known issue with the AC compressor, and I initially reached out to the dealership to get an estimate. Initially, they wouldn't tell me anything about pricing and said I would have to pay $99 to get an inspection. Because this is a known issue, I asked about the cost for the specific parts and labor required. When I finally got an estimate over the phone, it was outrageous. My next call was to Sully who immediately knew of the issue and was able to give me an idea of the cost and timing to get it fixed. He exceeded expectations on both - the repair was done ahead of schedule, and his price was significantly lower than the dealership. Couldn't be happier with the service and results. My 1st call will be to Sully's on any future repairs. Great experience!

I cannot recommend Sully's enough. Robert gave me a clear explanation of what was wrong with my car and a reasonable quote. My car runs better than when I bought it and there were no "surprises" when it came to cost, but when something came up that was unexpected he gave me the option of working on it now or dealing with it later. I cannot day enough about Sully’s mechanic shop. They are honest, they don’t over charge, their pricing is extremely reasonable. I truly appreciated the additional work such as adding oil, replacing my tail light, recharging my battery all at no charge. This place is the perfect shop for people that don’t know much about cars and are worried about getting ripped off. Your car is in good hands at this place 😀

Just a great auto repair shop to take your vehicle to. We’ve been going to Sully’s for 3+ years now with both of our cars (gas hybrid and diesel engines). Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonable priced services, attentive, and best of all- THEY ARE HONEST. Yes, I have had my share of less than honest repair places. Robert offers suggestions with regards to maintenace and upkeep with absolutely no pressure. I’ve asked for an estimate on upcoming repairs, and he has honored the estimate. Just a great place to take your car to.

Came here with a check engine light on. A month in their shop and $9000 later was is still on. Went to sprinter pros in Whittier and within three days everything was completed at a very fair price. They mentioned that everything Robert and his crew did was unnecessary. They’ve left oil and def fluid spills,loose bolts and fasteners , and a scratched van in their wake, very disappointed in this group. not to mention when I confronted him, all he had was excuses and dismissals. that’s if he’s not sleeping on the couch in his showroom.sloppy work, Robert.

THE BEST place to go to if you want honest, good price, no frills auto repair done. I used to go elsewhere and they would mess up my stuff and up charge me. I always feel comfortable going to sullys knowing my car will get fixed with no issues. They’re upfront, customer service is great. I never got upcharged here. Great people. This is my go to. I had a P0420 code and every place wanted to immediately change the catalytic converter. Over here at sullys we fixed my O2 sensor to check if it was giving that code and my check engine light went away. They actually listen and try to help you save money. Was able to fix my car for 1/10th of the price compared to other mechanics telling me to change my catalytic converter from the front and try to confuse me with other unnecessary stuff. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Honest guys that won't play you for a fool. Brought in a vehicle for a Pre Purchase Inspection from a dealer on Beach Blvd and was charged a reasonable price. Very grateful I brought it to Sully's as the vehicle wasn't even in a sellable condition. Also spoke with a long time customer outside the shop that had nothing but great things to say. I'd trust them with my own vehicles if I lived in the area.
