My mom and I visited the McKenna Volkswagen office since we had such a great experience leasing our car there. And we were not surprised to find yet again such a fantastic organisation and OUTSTANDING cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. Thanks to Danny Maynor we were able to leave with a brand new car. He is very professional and gave us the best customer service we could imagine choosing a new car. He did all of this without us setting up an appointment! Thanks again Danny! ——- *** UPDATE*** This past weekend, my mom returned to McKenna Volkswagen to renew her lease. Since we had such an amazing experience before, she worked with Danny Maynor again, and he was just as fantastic as the first time! My experience at McKenna Volkswagen was awesome! Everyone was super friendly and helpful which made finding my new car super easy. My sales consultant Romy did a great job working everything out with me from the first test drive to the final purchase of the car. All in all everyone makes you feel very welcome and you instantly feel like like you are in very capable hands. Customer service lacks professionalism and communication skills. It goes a long way to be polite and be clear in your communication. As a consumer i have buyers remorse on buying the additional “VIP Care Maintenance” package and warranty. After 3 months of coming in for weekly carwashes i noticed my black colored Atlas had many scratches. ( i have decided to take it elsewhere now for carwash) not to mention sometimes i would drive for a carwash to find carwash service was unavailable. (Very inconsistent service-unreliable) I made an appointment for a service appointment for a recall on February 19th at 8:00am. The entire processed lacked clear communication. I received a video and text with report and recommendations, (report: my car is in great shape) i kindly declined the tire rotation recommendation and asked via text at 12:28pm what time my car would be ready? No response, i came to dealer at 1:55pm Yajaira is in lunch and i still don’t know when my car will be ready. This is a clear example of incompetence and inconsideration for your customers. I will not be buying any future car’s from McKenna unless leadership and management start’s caring for their customers. After a rough start. McKenna Volkswagen came through with great Integrity & Customer Service!. Danny Ryan the GM was the Best. He really helped us out and was there with his Aloha Spirit., and professionalism. Jeff Nicols the GSM also did a great job in making this a good experience. Very professional and Prompt. If you’re thinking of going to Volkswagen; read this first. As I approached the car I was interested in; I was approached by Romy. He was with calm demeanor and when I told him I wanted to test drive it; he went and got the keys and out we went. After, proceeded inside to begin the process. He is a very calm being and extremely knowledgeable about the Volkswagen cars. Come to find out he has worked there for 26 years!!! That right there says a lot about this dealer. My sales manager was Russ that I had the pleasure of dealing with. I wanted another test drive before purchasing so he came along for this one and then as he was doing what was needed we had pleasant conversation. He did everything to make possible for me to leave in my desired car. Then for finance I got Jeff. He made signing fun with his humor and also informed me of all the ins and outs of the warranty. I’m telling you all 3 guys I got made my experience a joy. I usually don’t remember names but I do theirs. I had an unfortunate mishap on the road with my car a few days after having it so into service it went. I dealt with Andy, then my service guy Rigo. Again, just amazing kind folks who make even the not so great a pleasure because of them. Last but not least is Felipe in service/parts store. He ordered a week before some key chains and then was there for me to pick them up. One of the nicest guys and you won’t catch him without a warm smile and great service. Along with my key chains he gave me a bag with a hat, canteen and notepad. I seriously am so glad I was led to this dealer. I plan on future business with them and would strongly encourage you to do the same. They’re great

I am beyond grateful for Yajaira, Carlos and team in HB for the incredible service they provided for my daughter and I as new VW customers. I came in with some Golf vehicle concerns and I was blown away by how helpful, kind and understanding they were. They communicated clearly, put my mind at ease and also were straight forward with the finances. They earned my loyalty and respect and I know my daughter's pre-owned car is in good hands with them. Next time I am in the market for a VW I will have Ariya help me at this dealership. He has great energy, is an expert at VW and took us on some test drives without being pushy. Excellent Service and “The Standard” of how a service department should operate. We brought our 2021 VW Atlas in for periodic services prior to a move across the country from one Army base to another and had the best experience. Our representative, Andrew, was the most professional, helpful, transparent, and thorough anyone could wish for. We greatly appreciate his efforts to ensure we safely completed our trip with immediate fixes and recommendations. Andrew is the reason I would recommend this department to anyone and I will buy another VW because of services alone and the standard he exemplified. Though we just completed our trip to our new duty station in Kansas, I felt inclined to highlight his attentiveness and selflessness. Overall I have been very satisfied with the team and service at this dealership. However, I recently called to schedule my annual re-application and detail (part of the plan I purchased) and was told that they no longer offer that. I understand that it is no longer offered moving forward but I believe it should still be honored for those that purchased it. If you buy a car from them just beware that the they can change the terms if they want.
