I was a little skeptical about calling at first, due to the lack of reviews, but I was more than happy with the results. The alternator on my car went bad and my battery wouldn’t hold a charge. The mechanic showed up less than an hour after I called and was finished with my car in a few hours. I felt like the price of parts plus labor were reasonably priced...I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off. The whole experience was very painless, and I will be using them again in the future. 10/10

I will admit I was skeptical at first, but the AMAZING service blew my mind!!! My husband and I share a car, so when it broke down, I was stressing about towing the car to a shop and how long it would take for repairs. Not to mention, how expensive things can get. Mobile Mechanic HB to the rescue!!! Juan and team came out to the apartment and right off the bat, were super honest and informative about what could potentially be going on...coil, throttle issues, oil change needed, filter, etc. He advised of the options and provided a quote...a super affordable quote!!! He was able to take my car back to his physical shop (one of the options) and bring it back running better than it has in years. No added charge surprises and everything was done within 3 hrs!!! The convenience, the quality, and the excellent customer service has earned them a loyal customer for sure!!! Invoice was itemized for visibility of services performed and work/parts guaranteed for a year. Thank you to Juan and team for creating such a pleasant experience out of a stressful situation 😊

This was the first time I’ve ever used Mobile Mechanic service. Ameer (the Mechanic) was patient, kind and courteous throughout the entire experience. He thoroughly answered my questions about the vehicle and even took it on a road test with me. What makes the service unique is that if you drop your car off at a shop you have to wait a day or two and you usually do not get to interact in detail with the actual mechanic. With Mobile Mechanic they come right to your door so it makes it very convenient And you get personalized attention.
