This place here don't take your car there we took our Jeep there one time just to have the blinkers fixed and he never did it and then when he went to start our car our car wouldn't start and he said he did nothing to it yeah right so I do not suggest this place to anybody unless you want to get ripped off

Friendly staff but I haven't had a good experience with their work. Had catalytic converters replaced on my truck and they didn't properly tighten the bolts so I had to bring it back. Had them replace front brakes and rotors (purchase parts from the dealer) and had a problem with a loud squeak. When I brought it back the owner immediately started making excuses instead of checking it out for himself. I won't use them again.

I needed help removing a spark plug and gave Zito's a call (first time). Tony had several customer's parked in his service bays, already, but took a minute to see what the problem was with my car. After twenty mins, he was able to fish remnants of a miniscule rubber plug wire boot from the narrow plug cavity, replaced the plug, and tightened the other three plugs, just as a precaution! Needless to say, I was impressed. He didn't have to drop everything to help me with my "minor" problem. But, that's exactly what Tony did. And, btw, that little problem was something I could never resolve, by myself, in a hundred years! Zito's gets my thumbs up, big time! Thank you, Tony!

I Recently took my Van in to get oil changed and new rotors and found out the owner Sal Had passed away. Hearing that news literally crushed my heart. Thankfully he has the next best mechanic Tony to run and keep shop alive. I had a great experience. About total $210 for labor on my 2008 Honda Fit to replace the ignition coils and spark plugs (parts from AutoZone for about $232). Vince(?) And the mechanic were friendly and were able to see me the same day. Im so glad Firestone referred me to Zitos (as Firestone couldn't take me in for a few days and won't do install of parts from outside).

Our family has enjoyed coming to Zito's for many decades now. The guys here have always taken great care of us and give an extremely great prices for the work that is done. I've been a mechanic myself much of my life and now have a couple other businesses and not a lot of time to work on my own Vehicles anymore this is one of the few shops I trust and every time I get a quote I think to myself why would I have tried to do it myself. If you need to Great mechanic that will be there for you when you need them trust this family owned shop!

I trusted Tony for about 5 times everything they touched was sloppy. I had to go elsewhere and found missing screws on my front brakes and they put the cheapest parts . The simple repairs cost me double to get my car right ✅️

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with the new owner of this shop. My family used to come here for over 10 years because of the customer service quality and quality of work, neither of which exist here anymore. I’ve found the new owner now to be rude, condescending, and downright lazy. It’s a shame because this used to be such a good business that you could trust. I’ve even had an experience here where I was cussed out over the phone for a simple question on services provided.

Came here for first time due to error code from rats chewing a fuel regulator wire, Tony saw me right away to access the issue. Set up an appt for the next morning, quoted an amazing cost to make the wire good as new, soldering all connections and and recoating the wire. picked it up few hours after drop off, all repaired and error code removed. super happy
