After driving to Long Beach only to find the shop closed I waited a few days because it was recommended to me and after they did not open because someone got sick I checked out the yelp reviews and gave this a try. WOW I had my new muffler installed in less time than it took me to drive to the closed shop. Steve did not talk much but he gave me a price and went to work moving from saw to welder to workbench and I was in and out in literally 30 minutes. Wonderful service from a gentleman.

These 1 stars reviews have to be the wrong shop. Steve is super kind and super honest. He helped me make custom pipes for a cafe motorcycle project. Called around to a few other shops who basically told me to go away, they couldn't be bothered, but Steve immediately was like, yeah buddy, come on down and let's see what I got and if I can help you out. Such a stud. I brought in my ghetto mock up of length and angles and he knocked out dual exhausts TO PERFECTION in like 10 minutes. Customer for life. Love this guy. **UPDATE: I had my measurements off slightly, came back in to the shop and he immediately fixed it for me. Stud.

Great service. Steve did a great job and works fast! I needed some custom work removed and my factory system reinstalled. Despite the first guy making it a bit difficult initially when removing the OEM parts, Steve was able to work around it, fabricate some needed pieces, and get the OEM system back on (including welding) in under an hour! Very reasonable pricing, as well. Would definitely recommend.

The guy is really nice and outstanding on his work. Most muffler welders wont take the time to unbolt the exhaust or muffler and weld the top part so it wont be any exhaust leak. Price is understandable would recommend to people who are installing aftermarket parts or stainless piping/muffler

Disappointed. With all the great reviews I was eager to have him do the work, I'm sure he does do excellent work, but it never got to that point. He wouldn't install b/c I had the wrong part based on my engine code, but CARB and the manufacturers listing said otherwise.

Referred by a trusted source. Arrived when discussed. Greeted by Steve. Steve took a look at the broken tailpipe hanger and advised that he could repair it rather than replace. My muffler and connected exhaust pipe was rusted and falling off of my car. I called on a Thursday morning to see if I could get in sometime that day. I was in the shop 20 minutes later. He lifted my car and showed me what was wrong (the 2 middle pictures). He told me and showed me what he needed to do to fix it and it took him maybe 30 minutes to fix.

After calling BRO Muffler at the end of my workday, I had already received a quote from my usual mechanic and had sent photos to another muffler shop that planned to weld a cracked muffler. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it out to my regular shop and needed something local near my home in Huntington Beach, so I found BRO Muffler. I asked if I could send a photo, and the owner said yes. After reviewing it, he recommended replacing the entire muffler due to the crack and rust damage. I was hesitant at first, but after talking it through, I realized he was right. He took care of me on the price and completed the work in a timely manner. He’s knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and doesn’t make promises he can’t stand by — which I really respect.
