Called early on a Saturday morning to have a tire pressure monitoring system sensor replaced after successfully falling into and navigating out of a pothole in New Orleans. Matt was a pleasure to work with, and I was in and out of the shop – without an appointment – in less than 45 minutes The vibe was super chill, and it seemed every customer that walked in was greeted with a smile and handshake. I will definitely be back for my future tire needs and service.

From the first stop and asked about tires, and the day of ordering them was a great pleasure. We're treating with such great care and Mr Williams was on point with his personality and care. Then they we're very accommodating on the day that I could personally come in to drop off and not have to work around them. Great job all around. I had gotten my oil changed here a few times before without problem. Usually, the customer service is always great. About 1-2 months ago, I needed my oil changed so I brought it here again. A few days ago, I noticed some fresh oil stains in my driveway. I had noticed some dried ones before but thought nothing of it due to my family members car leaking oil in the same spot. But I touched the spot and the oil was definitely fresh. I told my boyfriend about it so he looked under my car and noticed that the oil plug was very loose. He said that it felt as though it was finger tightened and he was surprised it was still in my car. He tightened the oil plug to prevent it from leaking any further. He also checked my oil and saw that it was definitely lower than normal. The next day, I took my car to delta world tire and told them that my car had been leaking a significant amount of oil due to the plug being loose. They took my car to the back and said they would look at it and replace any missing oil. A few minutes later, they come in and say that my car is completely fine, no oil is missing, and the plug is tightened. I then showed them pictures of the stains in my driveway, oil drops around the plug, and the amount of oil on the stick. They told me the same thing and said they couldn’t put anymore oil in it without it overfilling. I left and immediately called another mechanic which then told me that I was lied to and there is no reason why my 2023 kia should be missing a quart of oil since it is not running rich. I called delta world tire and expressed to them that I don’t understand why my car is missing oil and that I felt as though I was being lied to. I was answered back with nothing but attitude and more lies. If my car was LEAKING oil, then how come it is at a normal amount? Are you saying you overfilled my car with oil during the last oil change? If my boyfriend and you both checked my oil while it was hot and it was CLEARLY lower than it should be, then how low would the oil level be while it was cool? The worker had no answers for my questions and replied to me VERY rudely while I was being calm. He also kept interrupting me while I was trying to express my concerns over a mistake they had made and just kept saying “I don’t know what you want me to do”. Maybe do your job correctly? Is that too much to ask for? I do not appreciate being taken for an idiot. This business clearly does this often and gaslights customers when they are confronted about it.
