If you’re looking for a place to bring your vehicle you have definitely found it here! I walked and told them that I had A few lights on and what was going on with my vehicle they took it in and looked everything over. Got me a whole list of what I needed to fix and what was most important to do right away and what could wait. When he went to explain everything to me, he took me out to my truck and lifted it up to actually showed me while he was explaining what needed fixed. So I had a visual of what needed to be done. He also made sure to explain everything in a very easy to understand level, which I appreciate. And with my invoice the prices all seam very reasonable to me. All and all I feel safe to take my truck to this shop and and not get screwed over like some other places

I had a muffler replaced several months ago. The heat shield came loose and rattled. They removed it and said that due to the age of my car they did not recommend replacing it. They were very kind and it was a no charge.

Had my whole muffler system replaced a few years ago and about a month and half ago it started getting loud. I went back to Denny's to have it checked and they said it was the resonator that needed to be replaced. So 300.00 later I had them replace it. Now a month and half later I hear the same loud sound and again I take it back to Denny's. Now mind you they checked everything the last time I took it in to fix the problem and didn't find anything but the resonator on a very small muffler system on my small Jeep Patriot. This time they said it was my muffler that rusted at the muffler and needed to be replaced. So they somehow didn't see this problem a month and half ago and now a muffler system that had been totally replaced a few years back has to basically be replaced again. In my opinion what an amazing coincidence and oh did I say that they were going to charge me 474.00 Well of course I took it to another place and it was 150.00 cheaper. I recommend you find another place to do business than this shady place unless you want to replace your whole muffler system every couple years! Smh

I've been going to Denny's for over a decade. As a single women, my first visit was a second opinion for a quote and they told me all the things I didnt actually need and they've been consistent this whole time in keeping my repairs affordable and only what is needed. I bought a new car that they sadly can't service and I considered not purchasing it because I dont trust anyone else to work on my vehicles. Thank you for always being honest and doing a great job. 10/10 recommend.

I would recommend never taking a vehicle here. I am really disappointed in my service here. I took my van here for an Antifreeze leak. They quoted me $2100 and tried to get me to do a bunch of other things like oil changes and a new muffler. Again I just wanted my car to stop leaking antifreeze. It’s 25 years old and doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to get me from place to place. I didn’t use Denny’s services and promptly took it to another shop. The Other shop fixed my antifreeze leak for $270. That’s a savings of $1800. That is an insane amount of money.

We use to go to Denny's all the time.. then moved to North liberty.... We had a muffler going out and took it in. I had called around and they were less to get a replacement. To my surprise they said the muffler was good just needed to add something Infront of it.. saved me a couple hundred dollars it felt good to know there are still honest companies out there.. we will be making the drive to to have them work on all of our vehicles. Great service and military discount... Wish I could give them 10 stars!
