These guys are GREAT!!! My trailer broke down 20 miles out of town on a Saturday. The manager came out and looked at the situation to see what could be done. I was not in a hurry so I said it could wait until Monday (no overtime fees). He brought one of his guys out Saturday night to assess the situation so that Monday morning I knew exactly what was happening. ATC had it towed back to town so they could work on it properly - with my permission. A friend of mine wanted to look at the estimate ATC gave before I had them do the work and he thought the price was great for the work they were doing. I will have ATC inspect my trailer before I do any long over the road traveling. Thanks guys! I really appreciate the work you did for me! .

Last week we took our Freightliner M2-106 based motorhome to ATC in Cedar Rapids, IA to have an airbag dump installed. From our first phone contact with ATC we were so impressed with their understanding of our needs, their confidence in being able to do the job, and their willingness to work with us to get our work completed in the time we agreed to and within the estimated cost provided. Rhett (Red) our services contact was most helpful and understanding when we told him we needed the work completed in one day. The work was done professionally, on time and it looks like a factory install. The technician, Josh, who did the work on the motorhome came out before we left and explained what he had done which was more than we expected. Our 350 mile round-trip from south-central WI to Cedar Rapids was well worth the time & expense to get this job done correctly. I highly recommend ATC for excellent service work on your RV, truck or car.

If I could give 0 I would. Had them install a clutch brake. It failed about 24 hrs after install . I've had it fixed by my local mechanic and he said it wasn't latched properly. They also didn't reset the clutch after installation. Only take your truck here if you want to waste money. They said they will refund the part cost but all labor claims must be made at their location. Really convenient. Their mechanics need better training. Don't let them train on your truck.

Best service ever for our motorhome! ATC was the ONLY repair center (including Cumins) to accurately diagnose and fix the Onan generator thanks to their attention to detail and perseverance. Service Manager Rhett and small engine expert Josh were determined to spare us from another bad experience. ATC kept working on the problem and testing the unit until they were sure it ran properly and actually kept running. Rhett was always courteous and thorough about updates. We felt confident in their knowledge and workmanship. PS we feel same about our experience with the ATC RV Center in Walford that repaired hail damage to our trailer. Wish we had found both places sooner!

People were real nice but paid $200 for a washout, truck&trailer wash. Washout was fine but the kid just rinsed my truck. No soap or anything

Bought tires, batteries, air filter, gauges and allowed them to work on my rig for 5 years. Paid them plenty. Had to return 5 times just to get the tires right. They had somebody replace a tire valve on my rim that they crushed the threads on. 2 pieces of used junk were screwed together for the fix. They knew we were leaving on a 1,000 mile trip and this is how they protected us on the road. The tire valve failed in 14 degree temperature the next morning. Pomp's on 16th Ave got us right in, took off the crap that ATC did and checked all the tires and found one of the latches on my air filter was unwrapped. Find a different place. A place you can trust.

****WARNING**** I brought my 2017 F250 into ATC for a frame pull. Had a truck that was hit fairly hard and they assured me they could fix it. I brought it into ATC in early March and dealt directly with Rhett (nickname is Red apparently). He assured me if anything was getting out of hand, they'd call me. I felt pretty comfortable with him. This is where that feeling ended. He never did bother to call me when the truck was done and it sat for a couple months outside. He sent me the bill per my request and did many things he never talked to me about nor did I approve. They supposedly put TPMS sensors in, never did that. No reason for them to be doing that. Charged me nearly $500 to do so and the one TPMS sensor that was actually bad, is still bad. They never did the job. They also charged to balance the tires, that were brand new and had only seen going on to the trailer and off the trailer. On the job sheet, it said that they had cleaned all the grounds and charged me handsomely for it. They also never did this either. I was very much over charged for every aspect of what they did, most of it not being approved by me either and many items, not ever being done and fraudulently charging me for it. . As I was loading my truck, it blew a hose off and dumped all the coolant out on the trailer. Rhett and some others found amusement in this. Eventually they said they'd have someone give me hand with it and it took an act of God to get anyone to move. The brakes that were also supposedly worked on also did not work. I also have a dent in my passenger door that was not there prior to dropping my truck off. My truck is also covered in heavy primer overspray from their carelessness. I'm still claybaring and buffing it off. All in all, this was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. If I could negatively rate this shop, I would. Con artists is all these shady individuals are. Oh, and my frame is still bent.

Just bought a truck from Todd at this place on auction. And I understand you buy as is. However, when I called and asked him how the truck ran, he explained to me it ran excellent. As did the ad on the auction. "Gets up and goes down the road" Well it barely would get out of the yard. I should have known because his help told me it was "going to be a long ride" The engine has a horrendous misfire to it. I'm guessing at this point it's one, if not more injectors. And the transmission wouldn't shift properly. I wouldn't even get over 55 for the 500 mile trip home. Just to name the major concerns. At the end of the day, the transmission went out completely and the truck had to get towed. I bought a truck on auction as is and that's fine. But some honesty and integrity when asked about it after the fact isn't too much to ask. I was told the truck was acquired through a mechanics lien. After reading the other reviews, I'm guessing this happens a lot with Todd. He screws people to the point that they just let him keep the truck. Then he turns around and stiffs someone else. I would think twice before trusting this guy with anything.

I needed a long haul truck to transport materials and took a risk acquiring a 2001 Acterra knowing I’ve bought a 23 year old truck but I took it to ATC let them know this thing needed to be reliable. They did an amazing job going over this truck. They did a thorough inspection that they shared with me which included photos of the problems they identified. Knowing it was a large scope of work ATC and I discussed what work I could handle myself to keep the cost down. From what I can tell, their work has been impeccable. This quarter of a century old truck has been through 9 states, 1,000’s of miles, gets loaded and unloaded daily. New lift gate works exactly the way I had envisioned. Been pulled over and passed highway inspection. Through everything, one turn of the key and this thing’s ready to go to work. ATC, thank you!

Needed emergency repair as we’re moving across country. They got us in, got us up and running for a fair price. Everyone was compassionate, helpful and kind. I highly recommend doing business here. Waiting area was comfortable and they welcomed our pet rabbit inside to wait.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service and fast response! I had a great experience with ATC. My car wouldn’t start after work and they arrived within 15 minutes of my call. The driver was professional, friendly, and made sure my SUV was safely loaded onto the truck. Pricing was very reasonable and there were no hidden fees. I highly recommend them if you ever need reliable towing or roadside assistance!!

Car would not start. Accidentally had it towed to ATC (supposed to go to ATS) Long story short, $640 to put a battery in my car and not start the next day. Issue wasn’t resolved, and there was zero negotiation. Won’t make the same mistake twice.

These guys have great reviews and they are well deserved. I had an issue with the diesel engine in my new RV. The dealer couldn't even diagnose for three weeks! I called at 7am and had a professionally fixed RV later that same day! I highly recommend ATC! The RV repair place is temporarily at that location, and they seem very good as well.

I was looking for a part for my Dad‘s 2007 car, which by all accounts seemed next to impossible to find due to the age of the car. When I was sharing this impossible task with a friend of the family, he suggested that I reach out to fabricators in the area where my Dad was trying to get his car fixed. After finding a fabricator in my Dad’s area, I made a phone call. Red with ATC spent time talking to me to understand the issue and offered to take the car in right away to get the process started of either fabricating the part or researching where it could be purchased, and repairing the car. When I mentioned to him that the car was already at another repair shop, although he was not going to get the business, he readily offered to look up the VIN get the part number and called the owner of the car repair shop to share the part number and where to purchase it. I was very impressed with this excellent customer service.

Extremely dissapointed. Long story short we had a truck taken here to be fixed since it wouldn’t start on the cold Friday morning. We were reassured they would look for used parts so it wouldn’t be expensive… only to charge 500.00 to have the truck dethaw for 3.5 hrs, 200 for an air filter, and other random charges. So when all the truck needed was a little warmth and a new filter it costed over $1300.00 to get her back on the road. This place will rob you blind and cover it up as an act of kindness. Stay clear from this highway robbery my friends I’m happy to post receipts showing the unethical pricing
