Where to even begin…? Our family has been going here for decades to get our services taken care of, over the last two years this place has gone to hell and a hand basket. Employees sit at the counter and talk crap about people calling in or who were just there, every time we’ve gone in for a service something isn’t done right. The last two times my wife has brought he brand new car in there has been oil and grease stains left all over. Scheduled oil changes taking 3+hrs and every time any of us go in for a patch for a tire we get told the that we need a new expensive replacement. Replacement tire size has been wrong, old tires have been inspected and over half the time nothing a quick patch can’t fix. Jeff your business is failing, and you are nowhere to see it ever. every time I ask for you employees says YOU are still the owner and manager, and that you are only in “once a week or every other week to grab papers. He pops in and out.” If you’re never in you never hear about the problems. If you don’t hold your guys accountable you lose the same valuable business you’ve lost in our family. They know they can do what they want and they do because they have no consequences. So which is it are you the manager or is your front desk boy? Front desk boy said it’s you yet you claim he’s the manager when he’s told me you are? Or are you making more stuff up like saying I was rude or I yelled at your “manager”. Your business is exactly the car repair scamming you worked a decade to avoid. Edit: you have now edited your response twice and accused me of being someone I’m not and of lying and slandering about your business. 1.) your never there how would you know? You weren’t there any of those times and you’ve yet to speak to the people involved. 2.) this isn’t about one tire as has been stated this is a multitude of issues over two years and dozens of times supporting YOUR business even after bad service or issues spending thousands in the process. (Which evidently means nothing to you). 3.) no other comment from you on any of your other reviews have you attempted to call people by there names and degrade them still without any info on the issues. Your unprofessionalism is proven by your response, you have cameras use them, nobody yelled and nobody was rude to your employees. Talk to the customer before assuming your techs aren’t lying. 4.) I needed a new tire, your guy tried selling me one for $165 when I said that was too pricey he told me we could do used at $60 later to tell me you don’t have it. I asked him to put on the spare and I’d go somewhere else, when I asked the tire size he told me the wrong size. I went to discount tire and got 4 tires new for the $165 your guy offered. I leave a bad review explaining years of issues because you the managing partner are nowhere to be found and instead of being professional and simply saying “I’m sorry you had a bad experience with us feel free to reach out to me at x time on x day.” This is the behavior I refuse to support and my family and friends will no longer support. Lastly, it’s funny you have time to trash every single bad response on here including mine yet you can’t even call a customer back to see what the issue is, you’d rather degrade them and belittle their experiences because god forbid your guys do something wrong. Grow up Jeff, if you want to make things personal I’ll glad do so rather than focus on the issues your company has. I’d be happy to share it on all media platforms and tag both you and your company if you want to play that game. I came here to give honest feedback since you are nowhere to be found to hear said feedback, not play games over your hurt ego. Loyalty to good paying customers clearly means zero to you, which is why I’m happy to share it and my experiences with the world where you can’t delete my experiences, no matter how you try and twist and manipulate it. The fact you have dozens of 1 star reviews and you can’t take accountability for one of them says it all. By the way, doxing people is illegal. I’d advise you to look up the definition.

Really impressed with this shop.. our first visit for a tire repair and they had us in right away. Did a once over on our vehicle and explained everything helpfully, advised on rear shocks but encouraged us to schedule an appointment for a full courtesy inspection on our 01 LeSabre. Quoted the shock service and new tires with no pressure. A WWII veteran drove his vehicle to their shop for service at the same time we were there (you read that right) and we watched this business honor our service veteran with a courtesy bill and then literally escorted him out of their building. We will gladly return for future business.
