4 Guys is the best place to take your car in Cedar Rapids. They always do their best to get you in for an appointment ASAP and prices are very fair. There have been a few times I have called about a funny noise my car is making and they get me in that same day. Just the other day something came loose and they got me in that day, took a look and 5 minutes later it was fixed at no cost. Will always recommend 4 guys to anyone! Thank you!

I went her to have my rear coil springs replaced. They gave me quotes online. Other places didn't even respond to a request for a quote. They were over two hundred dollars less than the dealership. I bought a used car from here about two months ago and I absolutely love it! The person to help me with this sale was Scott Atwood. My initial impression when first coming to the shop was that it was very professional and welcoming. The sales associates were very knowledgeable and not pushy. I went to 4 Guys to get an issue with the regulator on my vehicle window repaired. It wouldn’t roll up or down. Was stuck down. They were nice and easy to schedule with. It took a couple attempts for the techs to actually fix the issue, and there was an electrical issue also, which I had to fix myself later. However they did make the repair needed to the regulator and the price wasn’t bad.

I’m writing this review out of concern after watching a close friend repeatedly bring her vehicle here. Each time, she’s been told the vehicle was “fixed” and safe to drive, only for it to break down again shortly after. As of now, the car has broken down five separate times since August, despite multiple repairs. Each visit seems to address one issue, but the ongoing reliability problems never resolve. What’s most frustrating is being reassured that the car “drives fine,” when the pattern clearly shows otherwise. At this point, it feels like problems are being patched rather than fully diagnosed. Car repairs are expensive and stressful, and people rely on honest, thorough work. I hope this shop takes feedback like this seriously and focuses on long-term solutions, because repeated breakdowns after multiple repairs are not acceptable.
