I had my oil changed and found that my drain plug now had a leak and was leaking my oil out of my engine. They first lied to me and just wiped the oil off the vehicle and said it was residue. I noticed still after trusting their service techs word, and still see there is oil coming out my drain plug. At this point I am very upset since if I am losing oil out of my engine that my new car engine would then take damage from loss of oil. I then called Walmart, a service member from automotive center by the name of Ethan told me that it will now cost me even more to repair the vehicle after being already serviced. I said that is not okay by me and if they won't fix what they had done by messing up their work that I can get a second option and send them the bill for my vehicle repairs before I take on further damages. I show up to Walmart, they sent over a manager with name Coach on his name tag. He shrugged off the issue and said the service on oil change was already completed and that I left and they said was ok during time of service. I said no there is a leak from the drain plug that I can clearly see oil coming out. The manager still shrugged and said there is nothing they will do for me. Which is unacceptable when I already know 100% what the issue was and that there was zero issue prior to services from walmart technicians. So I was told to leave. I went to Jiffy lube on Edgewood road. Spoke to the manager Cory and he looked over my vehicle and stated that when walmart did my oil changed that they did not replace my drain plug correctly and that it was cross threaded causing oil to leak out my engine. Thank God for a good service center to take care of my vehicle before a much worse thing could have happened to my engine losing all the oil. Worsy part at walmart was the employees in service center was laughing at the fact my vehicle was having these issues while he was playing with some tou ball bouncing it around without a care. Which that employee name was Ethan and was reported. In hopes no other customer will be treated that was again at the walmart. I definitely do not recommend anyone to do any services with walmart technicians since they clearly gave zero care about their customers vehicle and what they already know what kind of damages for one would happen if engine is losing its oil. Any reputable company would always take care of their mistakes and make it right especially when comes to possibly putting at risk of blowing an engine on a 30 plus thousand dollar vehicle by lying to me saying it is okay.

Had tires put on 2 of our autos. Did a great job on both, even discovered a gas leak on my son's car. Got that fixed and hopefully his car is now winter ready. Very happy with the courtious and helpful service we recieved.

The girl behind the register was very friendly and helpful and she got me the tires I needed and did all the work to grab them and bring them up front ring me up and put them in my cart. She was pretty awesome! I just wish I could remember her name but props to her for taking care of me and my son!!

Declined a tire rotation for a perfect set of Firestone tires. I'm not asking for tire balance, just a rotation. Lady at lube station is rude, disrespectful, unkind, unpleasant, unprofessional. She should retire. Because Walmart won't get sued.Take care of your customers. Walmart makes billions of dollars. Take care of your customers! Get a clue and retire.

This is a nice alternative compared to trying to buy tires for your vehicle locally. Surprisingly, many places in the area don't seem to have the tires you want or need. They always seem to have 1 when you need 4. Or they don't carry the brand you want and they try and sell you something else. What's great about Wal-Mart auto department is they will do their best in helping you find the tires you are looking for. And if they don't have it, they will help you find them. Even if it means getting them Shipped to their store free of charge. That's what happened to me. In my opinion this is the kind of customer service that people are expecting from an auto department.

The staff, ( Trey, Derek and Schfiquallh ) provided Excellent Customer Service in assisting me, in my emergency issue. They stayed over a little past closing to make sure that I wouldn't be stranded with my vehicle. I highly recommend this Walmart Automotive center. P.S. give those guys a Pay Raise..! Thanks

I'm giving a 5 star rating because this time in there the staff were more friendly than usual and they were quick despite having quite a line. Also Kudos for honesty! I left my kid's lunch money in the cup holder and after they were done it was still there! Thanks guys! Also I have aftermarket tires still under warranty with my tire guys so I always request them to leave my tires alone and they usually don't listen but these guys today didn't touch them. I can tell because all my readings are usually off after the oil change but not this time. Thank for that too guys! If it's this great if an experience every time that would be awesome! We'll see in a couple months when I'm back for the next oil change.

They declined to put tires that I desperately needed on my vehicle because they claimed it couldn't be lifted due to rust. It didn't make sense as my vehicle had just been on a lift for a full day to switch out a power steering pump. Had to go to a "real" tire place and payed twice as much.

They got me right in. The woman behind the counter was fabulous. She found me cheaper Goodyear Tires than anticipated. The service was excellent. They were efficient. No one tried to sell me extra or over price things because I am a female or I don't know much about guys. I really appreciated it. I would go back anytime. I really appreciated the customer service lady behind the desk, she was great.

Went to get my oil changed so I went early. Was there at 6:45am and waited until 7. Then at 7:10 the manager (I assume) changed the time on the sign to open at 8. I wasn't happy so I continued to wait. At 8 they opened so I went in. Asked for a oil change and they told me they couldn't do oil changes until after 9. UNBELIEVABLE! REALLY! They knew that I was waiting since 7. No common courtesy to at least open the door at 8 and at least ask or tell me what was going on. After being a loyal customer for years they lost me.

Stopped at 8:43am with a flat tire. Bays were empty. Zero cars being attended to. Went in to see if they could replace my tire stem for me. Was told that they are booked up for the day. The automotive workers were literally standing around doing nothing. Valve stem takes 20 minutes tops. Definitely will make sure that no one in our family uses their automotive services anymore.

Ordered 4 tires and installation service. Appointment was at 5 pm. My fiancee sat there for an hr and a half before they came out to say they couldn't get the lug nuts off because there tools aren't powerful enough. Highly recommend not taking any vehicles to this clown show.

Told me an hour and they took almost 2 for an oil change and didn't start my scheduled appointment l till half an hour after my scheduled time and every person in that area had an attitude and was extremely rude, they moved my seat, left the plastic seat cover in my car and I had to throw that away and one if the ladies tried to tell me I needed the more expensive option when I've done the cheaper option multiple times before and said she needed to look at my car before she could even approve it, worst Walmart auto service I've ever gotten, hope they fix their attitudes.

We went in to have a battery replaced. They told us they couldn’t change it out because of appointments. Nobody was there and all the workers were standing around fighting. One even got so mad he sped off in his car. 🤔 Felt like somebody could have done it. Especially because I went home and changed it myself in 10 minutes. About as long as I watched them run around like elementary kids arguing and throwing tantrums. Really unprofessional if you ask me. 🤷🏻♀️ Good news is I learned how to swap out a car battery myself. So I guess one star for the life lesson that will come in handy if I ever rely on this place to be helpful again.

Lisa needs to retire. She's old, rude, disrespectful & very dismissive of what your needs & questions are! I don't know how she still even work there after all these years. When she's not in I get great help & service but when she's in all hell breaks loose

Horrible. I called to see if anything was open/available for an Oil Chamge, and was told they were full that day, but i could get in the next day at 2:30pm. I was told id get a text notification confirming the appointment, which I got, but it was for the same day they claimed there were no openings. Then I got a notification saying my appointment was canceled. I show up for my appointment today, and the same lady who setup my appointment over the phone argued with me on not showing up to an appointment I never made, and then didn't make any attempt to reschedule. Never again.

Brought a tire in, waited for 1hr just to tell me they couldn't do it. Guy said rim was bent. Not true. Took it to the next place and they did it in 30 min. Rim was fine. The guy laughed when I told him I took it to Walmart. Don't go here

Do not come here for work on your car unless you have an entire day to wait around. Came in at 730am for a tire repair and oil change. I was told they would be able to do the tire repair and maybe if one of the 3 appts they had scheduled for 830 didn't show up they would do the oil change aswell. They stopped working on my tire to do an oil change on another vehicle when it came in. Had I known they were going to stop working on my car to take care of the three oil changes they had scheduled at 830...a full hr after I came in with my car and all they had done so far was take off my tire. Now over an hr and a half of waiting for a simple tire repair and still no where near done.
