I went in for a humming coming from the passenger side. The initial diagnosis was my front wheel bearing was bad, but at the last minute Westen had the idea to check the tire balance. Thankfully that was the issue and he saved me about $200. Tammi at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. They did not give me any run around or try to overcharge for unneeded parts or services. I will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend.

Went to the shop today with a battery problem. The battery had been installed by Midas some time ago and was found to have a dead cell. Because the shop was full and waiting area fully occupied Paul told us he would try to work us in. Fifteen minutes later Paul came out with the new battery and installed it himself. That is the customer oriented attitude you get at this Midas location. Paul is a big reason why the place is busy. Thank you Paul.

Amazing amazing amazing customer service. Paul talked me through all the possibilities of what could be wrong with my car, talked about prices for every scenario, and explained what exactly was wrong in a way that my woman brain could understand lol. These guys were insanely kind, respectful, and helpful. He worked with me on prices, on financing, and being fast. Fiance's car had a tire pop entering the highway and the tow truck took them here at request as the place had decent reviews. We were understanding when it took awhile, they had other appointments to take care of and all that, but it did take a couple days for the popped tire to be fixed. They ran their free diagnostic, and the tire was a great price, but after finding some issues with some parts of the engine they tried to quote us over $750 for a new tension bit and serpent belt. While we were appreciative of them running the diagnostic for free, the quote they gave us for parts totaling barely $150 was too much for us to be able to accept their services.

They expertly fixed my TPS sensors and handled mounting and balancing my custom tires with precision. I had a very good, very different experience from other places. Adam explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions in a way I was able to understand without talking down to me!! I'm a female, so that's VERY important to me when I do business with an establishment!! All the staff were very thorough and professional!! That was my first experience with any Midas establishment and I was extremely satisfied and will continue to do business with Adam and the gang 🙂
