I call to see if they carry a vinyl metal epoxy and they always answer and place me on hold and I don’t sit on hold longer than 4 mins. Same with 16th ave AutoZone. O’Rylies will have what I need. Anytime I called AutoZone I sit on hold for at least 4 mins and had to hang up and either give up or call again. The staff have always been friendly but they don’t always have or can not order parts that you need.

I was there just 2 days ago. My turning signal light needed to be replaced. I had the pleasure of Casie helping me. Not only did she help with getting me the right bulb her and her coworker Jay installed it as. They were wonderful it was cold and rainy that morning. My car just shut off while I was driving on ots rd & memorial dr. I called auto zone to replace my battery (thinking ) that was the issue . Trace not only drove from the store to where my car was stranded at he replaced the battery but that wasn’t the problem. So imagine it’s Christmas Eve and you had to take your car into the shop because it stopped working and where I normally take it as Mount Vernon Rd Tire but that’s not really important but they said that my battery was really low and that’s what caused my fuel pump to go out so they asked me I said well I think I just got a battery recently from AutoZone and he said we’ll call up and find out and I did and the gentleman I talked to his name was Jay and he was very nice on the phone and I came up here. They changed it in and out with that within 10 minutes and I have always loved everybody in the store. They’ve always been very helpful. Jay and his staff Sam is absolutely sweetheart help very helpful. They’re all just great guys so if you need anything, I would go to this, AutoZone! I was on my way to the airport to pick up my elderly mother when I started experiencing engine trouble. It was after 5pm and I was more than two hours away from home. I was in unfamiliar territory and unsure as to my mother's and my fate that evening. I found this AutoZone enroute, and shortly after arriving the associate was able to diagnose the engine issue: a misfiring cylinder. The associate then recommended the various corrective actions I could take. I was able to complete my trip without incident thanks to the staff at this AutoZone, give them a raise!

Huge shout out to the staff at AutoZone on Mt. Vernon Rd., especially Jay! I brought in my car to have my battery replaced after a late winter storm killed it. My battery had gotten so corroded it wouldn’t come out! Jay worked hard to get through the corrosion and eventually had to replace the clamp just to get it out. LIFESAVER! I genuinely don’t know what I would have done if I needed to have my vehicle towed, and I am so grateful that Jay saved my day - and my wallet. The entire staff was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you, Jay, for helping install my wiper blades. With a military injury to my wrist this is one shade tree task that challenges me. When I asked for Jay’s name to include in the review discovered he is the manager. Leading by example. One aspect of my visit no one at previous visits to any automotive store has ever done … and, I’ve been a shade tree mechanic for many decades since 1986, is ask me what my price point is. If something is too much money for the consumer Jay wants to help find what’s is affordable to the customer. Blades, expensive or cheap, only last me a few years without a garage even though I cover the windshield, so went cheap. This one kind thoughtful service action make me wanna do the rest of this years DYI shopping for my Jeep here. As I typically use different stores depending on where I’m running errands. Mentioned I’m replacing my battery this year and he offered to help install it. Despite my ability to do so. If you’re someone who’s a novice or experienced in vehicle needs, and could use extra support recommend Jay and his team. I’m looking forward to returning for all my tune up supplies.
