VERY BAD. They have had my car in their shop for over 2weeks now and every time I call them they tell me they will have it done in the morning and it's been a week of that now and I am still without my vechile. NEVER again will I go to them or even refer anyone to them. Stop telling ppl u will have their car done a certain day if a week later it's still not done!!!๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

Terrible! The guy that took my call was extremely rude and didn't take any time to help answer my questions. All while I was stranded in a parking lot because my starter had officially given out. NEVER go and spend your money with them. They can't even be bothered to answer questions.

I called in and was told I would be called back to set up an appointment and my call was never returned. I gave them some time and called back a couple weeks later and the guy was rude over the phone and didnโt seem to want to take my business so I told them I would go elsewhere. Would not recommend anyone trying to get their car fixed here.

Jim repairs all my starters, haven't had a problem yet. small shop, really busy. Those who say they are rude either are rude first are just aren't asking the right questions. Very knowledgeable. When guys like Jim go away, there won't be anywhere to go...you'll be stuck with high labor costs and incompetent techs.

Terrible place. I called to schedule a diagnostic, I already knew the problem and had told the man who scheduled me the said issue and told the specialist as well upon meeting him. I was told to come when they open at 7, I did. The specialist didnโt show up for work until after 8:30. I told him I had a problem with my clock spring and the dome lights. I ended up receiving a call from the specialist about 4 hours later telling me the problem was indeed the clockspring, which I had said was the problem earlier that morning. I told the specialist not to fix ANYTHING but I agreed to pay the diagnostic, he laughed over the phone when I said I had somewhere I could take it for cheaper. He went on and on about the time he spent trying to diagnose the issueโฆ (even though I literally told him it was the clock spring loI) I then asked what the problem was with my lights to which he responded โI honestly didnโt even look at the lightsโ. When I showed up to the shop to pay my diagnostic the specialist had said โwhile I was in there I went ahead and fixed a broken wireโ making it seem as if he fixed the wire on the house free of charge, which is what should have been done since I requested NO work be done on the vehicle. The receipt I signed didnโt have a break down of what I was paying for so I didnโt see until afterwards that I was charged for this wire replacement that made NO difference in anything going on with my carโฆ I tried to dispute the wire charge with my bank and this establishment wrote back saying I just didnโt โfeel likeโ I should have to pay?!? What in the worldโฆ. LOL took my car to A&D auto and got all my problems solved, costed HALF of what they quoted me here at Auto Electric, very rude and the specialist will talk to you like youโre dumb and try to scam you if youโre a young girl.. clearly lol guess thatโs how they stay in business

After purchasing an alternator from Sunline and installing it into my car we had to take it here to be tested. Turned out the one we got didnโt work. Jim was very helpful! He didnโt even charge us to test the alternator and let us know it was bad. You hardly find service like this anymore. Highly recommended!

Took my car in to fix a reduced engine power issue. Was told numerous times it would be done "today" or "tomorrow." 14(!) weeks later it still wasn't finished. Apparently he only worked on it in his spare time and lied about how close it was to being done each time I called (because no one ever called me with an update and no one would return a call if they weren't available). It's crazy to think someone can go 3 1/2 months without their car. It's also crazy to work on something in your spare time when someone makes an appointment for your service. If you can't figure out the problem, fine, but let the customer know so they can take it somewhere else. I finally gave up on being patient and took the car back. The problem is nowhere near fixed. Horrible experience.

I have been to this place twice. My only gripe about the service is that getting then to call you back is a bit of a struggle, though that can easily be remedied by making a polite phone call later in the day. That said, they do great service, don't charge very much relative to the competition, and the service they provide has a high degree of quality. Example: They rebuilt my alternator rather than charging me an arm and a leg to replace it. Go to these guys first.

Would put 0 if I could drove my car there and had to dolly it back home. Brought it in because it'd go into limp mode and bounce back out and run fine for another week or so I told em to check my throttle body wire they didn't the first time I brought it in and claimed the throttle body just wasnt calibrated went to pick it up and as soon as i got in my car it was already in limp mode pulled it off the street where they parked and pulled it back by their door. they re did all my wires backwards and had it permanently stuck in limp mode and tried to tell me I needed a new pcm.. brought it in with 1 throttle body code and got it back with 5 different throttle body codes.. I ended up fixing it myself

Jim charged me $139.10 for a diagnosis and fix. When we spoke on the phone I only asked him to diagnose the problem. I never authorized any repairs to be done. I was told it would be $80 for him to diagnose the problems. When I dropped my vehicle off I tried to pay for the diagnosis in advance because thatโs all I needed him to do. I was unable to pay as they would not allow me to pay up front. When I picked up my vehicle I was charged $139.10 in cash. He diagnosed the problem as asked to do but also did the repair of two blinker bulbs which he was not supposed or Authorized by me to do. I wanted to do the replacement myself because I know shop rates are crazy for such a simple task. He was only asked to diagnose the issue, thatโs exactly why I tried paying the diagnostic fee in advance. I will not ever come back here again as they do stuff they have not been authorized to do to their clients vehicles and then you get hit with a higher bill when you pick your vehicle up. He may have charged me accordingly but I never authorized him to do anything more than to diagnose the problem.
