Great great great customer service, Todd was the very helpful and even drove me home so I wouldn’t have to wait while my truck was getting worked on, and after it was all done he even came to pick me back up to go get my truck. Nice, honest, quality service. Todd explained everything very well and was great to work with. Highly recommended ! Had another great experience with Todd and AAMCO....they fit me in at the last minute for a quick check and adjustment as i was heading out of town and needed my 4wd. Very highly recommended !

Mere words can't express how thankful I am for Todd. Since I'm not familiar with auto repair dealerships in Iowa, I called several places to get the best service as well as price. When I called AAMCO and spoke to Todd, he seemed to be extremely caring and concerned about my car issues. We decided to have the car towed to his shop simply from a single conversation. AAMCO was my first stop after the ford dealership tried to get 9K from myself/warranty company. (luckily Todd's shop was listed in network THANK GOD!!) My schedule is pretty hectic as a mama & manager. Todd was able to fit me in NEXT day to check out my vehicle (For free) and diagnose my problem. Todd truly went above and beyond. He made me feel safe & comfortable with how he was breaking everything down to me, while being extremely polite. Service was extremely quick and I was not fooled around with. Took our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan here after the original transmission failed. Replaced with a rebuilt transmission and was on our way a few days later. 11months later and 24k miles the transmission failed and found major metal in the pan! Took the van back to Todd and I acknowledged the fact that it was past the warranty due to mileage. Todd said not to worry about it and had another transmission put in completely free of charge with a brand new warranty! Excellent business 👌👍 Thanks again Todd for you and your mechanics hard work. Over promise under deliver is their motto. Never answer phone, leave a message don't call back, employees didn't know what you're talking about because the boss isn't there won't know when he'll be back hours days weeks who knows only that they have Had a vehicle for weeks

Price quoted to me from the Nissan dealership I purchased the car from and did all of my service work for the first 100,000 mi., was $3000 MORE than AAMCO! AAMCO is highly recommended. Work was done in an acceptable time frame by Transmission Experts. And has DOUBLE the warranty that Nissan offered. If I ever have transmission issues again, I'm calling AAMCO. Thank You AAMCO!
