had a quote over the phone for about 1100, went to pick up the vehicle. and was charged almost 1800, They decided that other repairs were needed to be done and never even bothered to notify me about it... Not very professional.

Thought my son's Jetta was having transmission issues. B&L was willing to consider working on it when many transmission places just refuse all VWs. Turned out the critical issue wasn't the transmission and they quickly solved it for a very reasonable price.

Great people to work with. Had decent prices and was willing to work with me. However their rebuilt "bullet proofed" transmission lasted only 3 years and then blew up on me. Warranty is only 5000 miles, should have been an indicator on their quality

I would HIGHLY recommend this shop! My wifes van had a transmission issue, I got quotes from a couple different shops and B&L was about $400 cheaper on the quote. The owner Joe and worker Don were very quick to answer my questions, get me a quote, and finish the job. I dropped it off on a Thursday and it was done by Friday! Thanks again Joe and Don!

Definitely the place to go for transmission work. I called in and told them my issues I was having. They gave me a quote for a rebuild which was already fair priced. Super knowledgeable and friendly start to finish. Thing that impressed me the most was how honest they were. They repaired my transmission and came in a lot cheaper than originally expected. They fixed what was needed and charged me for that. They could have easily pocketed the money and charged me full price. How would you ever know? What great guys! Places like this are rare these days. All my future business will be with these guys and I’ll be recommending them to my friends and family.

Recently had my Monte Carlo here at this wonderful shop for a transmission overhaul, upon walking in that day, they promptly looked at my car while I was there. I left the car for them, it had came in hard to shift from console, called me back a couple hours later and told me what I would need. While finishing overhaul, was also noted that axles were going to need replacement soon, they replaced these at no additional labor cost. I am extremely happy with this shop, Check in and communication throughout whole process was great. Girls at front desk were very nice to me. 5 stars for this shop, they used quality parts, my transmission and car are working perfectly thanks to you. Very happy customer.

I definitely recommend B&L Transmission!! Called ahead for availability and was told they were booking a couple weeks out, but that I could bring the car in for a free diagnostic scan. Super quick and easy! The car issue ended up being something I didn't want to wait to fix- it needed some immediate attention. Instead of having to book two weeks out, B&L offered to squeeze me in that day if I could leave my car there. So, one of the friendly front desk staff graciously offered to drive me home so I could leave the car with them!! Above and beyond what any company is required or expected to do for their customers. They fixed the issue that afternoon and charged us a very fair price. I will absolutely use this company again in the future!
