So let's just say I did check somewhere else first only because Havlik's wasn't sure they could get me in this week, and because of me sometimes needing a wheelchair (van has my trailer) I needed it done ASAP. Brakes were bad... it was obvious. The issue with the other guys: I didn't feel like the info I got from the other place was right, what was wrong didn't seem "real." Then the quote seemed REALLY high from the other guys too. So we called Havlik's back (we definitely called them first.) We've been there time after time since 2015, my in-laws will only go there... it's all the way across town for us. We are on Blairsferry NE, Havlik's is 16th AVE Sw. I don't care. We will make the drive anytime. Havlik's: Asked me what the first quote was from the other repair shop... I trust them so much, I told them. 1200 bucks. They said for the same stuff they'd do it for 800. Then the best part. These guys and their honesty. I planned on rotors pads and calipers-I planned on 800. Happy to pay 800 over 12. They called me and said it was 400. Why 400? Because the other guys were wrong about my calipers. They were fine. Pads were metal on metal and needed new rotors but that's it. They could have screwed me. They could have charged the 800. They could have been like the other guys. They are not. They are the best, most qualified, honest, fastest working, REAL mechanics that remind me of my dad. (No you're not old :) but he was like you, an honest mechanic) I thank you truly for your service, your honestly, and the quality of work you always provide! Mike and gang you are 100% amazing!

Kudos! I stopped at Havliks auto service on 16th Avenue because my front sensor had fallen into the vehicle. I went in to make an appointment and the owner said he could pull my car in right now and take a look. He was able to put it back where it belonged and I was out of the shop in a couple minutes. Places just don't do things like this anymore! I would highly recommend going to the shop and I know I will in the future.

They are very easy to work with and you receive an accurate estimate for vehicle repairs. If they find any issues that need addressed they will call and discuss the options and additional costs with you before preforming the work. I have taken my car here before and they have done good work but I needed some work done and they said we can't get you in until the 22nd. I called a few other places and it is really busy at other places so I called back to schedule an appointment and was told the first week in August. I called back literally 40 minutes later and they booked up 7 days in a matter of 40 minutes? I guess this place is so great that they can't you get in.. until 2023

I was referred here by another auto repair shop. I needed my AC evap core replaced due to it leaking, it was a big job. They also recommended changing other parts in that area while the entire dash, console and armrest area were removed. It took them a day and a half to put it back together but they were thorough and drove it to make sure all the electrical and electronic systems were working right. I strongly recommend Havlik's for your car repair needs. Great job and allot cheaper than a dealer.

Called and was able to get. From out of town and visiting family. During 8+ hour drive brakes felt “off”. They checked the brakes and took car for test drive. Was told I have 10k miles left and everything is as it should be. No charge for time- did leave $. I would recommend as they could have charged me and I wouldn’t have known. Thanks guys

Havlick's is my preferred place to get my car serviced. They're honest hard working people that go out of their way to make things right. I believe their high ratings are earned by proving themselves and not by asking for a rating at the peak of your happiness. That is to say I believe their ratings aren't artificial like some businesses. I personally will be continuing to ask for their help when I have troubles.

These guys are awesome. Rethreaded the hole in my 03 Honda pilot engine block to get one of our work SUVs running for our employees again. Other shops didn't want to touch it. These guys did it like they do custom obscure work every day with no issues quickly. Im definitely bringing my nice cars here when they need something.

Not happy with experience at all… waited 2 months for poor workmanship, clips are all busted or missing, wire harnesses not ran correctly. Wires repaired without heat shrink or any weather protection. Missing drain for a/c water, felt very unhappy with whole experience got promised 3/4 days of completion and every time my truck was not getting worked on. Felt very neglected on service as well as getting parts that were not approved added to final bill without any call bill went up almost 400$ with no approval and I continue to find problems with install of new engine.
