Will NEVER go back. Had my oil changed yesterday. They never fully drained out my old oil before they added 5 quarts of new oil. They then never checked the oil level when finished to see there was way too much oil in the crankcase. The oil plug was also never fully tightened as it was leaking oil as they pulled my vehicle out of the bay. I drove home not knowing my oil level was dangerously high. The next morning there was a large oil stain under my vehicle so I checked the dipstick . That's when I discovered the oil level in the engine was excessively high. I immediately drove to the same Jiffy Lube. They would not acknowledge they overfilled the crankcase but they did drain the oil and put in 5 quarts. They should have refunded my $50 for the hassle and bullshit I went through. These workers are incompetent and liars.

Stopped by Jiffy Lube on a Wednesday afternoon to get my oil changed. Was pleasantly surprised to find they were not busy, no wait. They got my vehicle pulled right in and started working on it. I was really pleased that I waited less than 15 minutes and my SUV was done. Paid my bill and off I went.

I went there for a oil change and they removed the lead off the engine. Since then my car has been having problems and costs thousands to fix it for that mistake. Try to talk to them to reimburse me but they don't want to. Don't go there, it's cheaper but they can cause a lot more trouble.

Didn't wash windows (cause it was raining) they were dirty should have either way, didn't vacuum inside of car (vacuum on that bay apparently broken), didn't have oil level before changing, didn't reset oil light, did they even change my oil? Lol

They Added on some complimentary “extras”, checking washer blades & tire pressure, fluids etc. Received good communication regarding service provided. I have used this location for years, but recently the service has dramatically gone downhill. I went in for a routine oil change at the end of October. For the first few days, there was a burnt oil smell every time my car was idling. IFor the first few days, there was a burnt oil smell every time my car was idling. I assume they must’ve spilled a little oil while doing the change and didn’t think anything of it, but it progressively got worse. When I opened the hood of the car, I found that they had left my oil cap off. It was sitting on the shelf right inside. Oil had sprayed all over my entire engine and inside hood of my car. I called and spoke with the manager the minute I found this massive mistake. He told me to stop in and he would make it right. When I stopped in a little over a week later because I was working out of town, he told me since it was passed October 31. It would have to go to corporate for a refund. He assured me he would send the matter on corporate and I would get a full refund for the $230. I spent on services that left me with an engine that needed to be steam cleaned which cost me over $400. Here we are over a month later and I never did receive promised refund. When I called I was given the runaround with no resolution. I would never take my car to this location again, and I would highly recommend you think twice before submitting your vehicle to their unprofessional services.

I was from out of town and desperately needed an oil change for my 3500 Diesel truck. This was my 4th stop in the area. The 3 previous places either did not have the recommended oil or the ability to work on my 3500 Diesel. I was pretty frustrated. When I pulled into this Jiffy Lube, I was immediately greeted by 3 smiling workers. They were happy to help work on my truck. Not only did they change my oil but offered a courtesy vacuum of the entire inside. Now a days it’s hard to find one happy person that likes their job. These guys worked together and projected a very positive environment. Thank you so much for a great experience! Keep up the great work!!!!!
