Just last week we were in Waterloo at a different parts store and had perfect service - beyond perfect! Tonight, unfortunately, we had a very unhappy worker helping - or actually, not helping us. Really too bad that people have to be so grumpy at work. If y'all don't like your job, there are plenty out there .

They were able to help me find pieces to help me put together a new natural gas line to my water heater. Ha !!! Tell me I can't change out parts and gas lines to fix a water heater instead of letting a (name withheld) but the initials are BF plumbing co.put one in for $3600.00. Thank you O'Reilly. You saved me some serious cash. I trust these guys and ladies with anything. They are all amazing. Q-ball BTJ

I've been here twice. Corry was amazing. He changed my front headlights. My front headlights are very difficult to change and he worked at it for about 45 minutes! Went in a second time due to a check engine light on. They did a reading to let me know what was wrong.

I was in and out in 15 min tops. I needed a new headlight bulb for my sienna. I walked in lady behind the register asked me if I needed help said here's what I'm looking for she went right to it in the back pull it out paid for it was out and less than 15 minutes. Went home change the bulb and under five and the whole thing was done it's a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Robby, the manager, and a new employee that was helping me, though I did not catch her name. Robby did an amazing job scaffolding the new employee with how to get the products pulled up on the computer, and then the next steps, all while having a customer of his own. Both the other customer and I understood the reasoning behind the delay, but we were absolutely fine with it. I have to say my biggest compliment is that Robby didn't make the employee seem like her questions were a burden, and he didn't demean her for not being able to complete a task on her own. He was explaining everything step by step allowing her to find the screen, but he did take over. Even though he took over the computer, he made sure to show and explain the steps to her in how to get there.

Every time I call this store on Edgewood Rd they never answer there phone and I'll try several times and it just rings forever. You are losing $ from this. I appreciate that O'Reilly's took the time to comment back but the issue is still that an issue. Since this comment was made I've tried 5 separate times and all 5 times no one has answered. I like this company for car parts and really close to my home but it's starting to be a waste of my time trying to go through them. Someone please answer the phone.

I came into OReilly’s to purchase a battery for my car. The young man that offered to help me was very polite and friendly. He showed me two battery options they had in stock for my vehicle and then let me know that the battery that actually cost less was the better of the two for cold cranking amps??? I said I’d take it and after he went and got it for me he asked if I wanted him to install it for me! I didn’t even know they did that there and it was free. I told him my battery is hard to get to and might be difficult and he said it would be no problem! He came out, took the parts off to install it and did it right then, it took him no time at all. He was such nice and helpful employee and he made my experience there a really good one and thanks to him I will continue to go to them for parts. Thanks, Elijah!!

Tracy, the assistant store manager, made it possible some how for me to be able to afford my brakes. Which is a true blessing. Because I have a three year old grandson that I have to take care of. Ordered a water pump gasket today and spent the extra money for the FELPRO version. When I went to the store to pick it up I noticed the gasket was not the quality I believed that FELPRO should be. I asked for a refund on the spot and was given it. I went to a competitor and purchased the same gasket with much better results. The package at Oreilly had been cut so a different gasket could be placed inside. I talked to one employee who said he was the manager. I asked if this was a mistake or was this done intentionally. His response was "Are you asking a question or making a statement". Great customer service to the consumer that just about paid three times the price for the product you were trying to pass off as a legitimate FELPRO gasket. At this point I guess Oreilly's cannot be trusted either they don't have the automotive knowledge to know the difference between a 25$ FELPRO gasket and a cheap 7$ paper one or they are intentionally trying to pass off cheaper products to their customers. Either way trust with Oreilly's has been broken.
