AWFUL PLACE!!! Put a deposit on a car Saturday and they sold it BEFORE I could get them the check on Wednesday! AWFUL Business!!! Sales representative Nathan was completely incompetent.

I called to look at the yellow dodge they had at $1,850 and without hesitation they dropped the price $450 but they were really hoping I wouldn’t test drive it on the road because it doesn’t come out of 1st gear very dishonest dealership and I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone.

I bought a classic car from these guys,once I got it back to Ohio and "really" got into working on the car there were tons of issues and unsafe "repairs". Overpriced,half @$$ dealer.

Bought a Mitsubishi from them. Was lied to about the car (mechanical issues, leaking oil, oil on the engine among others). After thousands of dollars spent on repairs, finally sold it at a loss to get rid of the piece of crap. Save yourself some time and do not ever go to this place.

I recently bought a car from here the night that i brought it home on my way home the check engine light came on. I took it into my mechanic and it said there was a miss detected on cylinders 4 and 6 so i called them and told them they said it would maybe be the plus so they would do it and charge me half the cost. ok fine. so i sat there an entire day waiting for them to change the plugs and then when i got back into my car it ran worse than before and i didnt even feel safe driving it so they then replaced the coil. well not even a week after that the check engine light came on again and there is something wrong wit the cat converter. oh and now ive found out my transmission is already bad and i had to put a new starter in it as well BAD PLACE WILL NEVER GO BACK! THEY SELL CRAP! ive had nothing but problems and i still have a loan out for three more years. never had so many problems.

After I went to the car and let my boyfriend talk to them alone they finally quit trying to take advantage of me and gave us what I thought was a fair price on a car. Within the first month I had it the tire went flat (turns out that the tire on the vehile had a baseball sized hole that had been cheaply patched, and my starter went out due to bolts not being installed on right. While changing one of my headlights my boyfriend noticed that the battery was also installed incorectly. Let's just say thanks to their customer service and faulty cars I won't be recomending them to anyone.

Terrible: The vehicle I purchased from Dave Jones was not even close to being as represented on line. Mechanical issues, safety issues and cosmetic issues. I feel I was lied to and fraudulent claims were made. He then refused to return my full purchase amount. Typical "Old Time Used Car Dealer". Say anything to make the sale. My review is that I would never ever purchase from this guy again. I would stay as far away as possible from this Company.

Purchased a car a couple years ago from here. The car was over priced. The dealer had lied on numerous instances about fixing issues with the car. I left the lot and the car broke down within 6 DAYS OF BUYING IT. $1,000+ later the car was fixed. At first these guys come off as nice folks. But they don't respond to any phone calls or emails after the car has been purchased and they know they did something wrong. Bottom line - I was lied to, and I over-payed for a car that broke down almost immediately. Do not give these guys business.

The second had a transmission problem just a week into buying it, and they took very good care of us in figuring out what to do and how to best handle it. Vehicles are priced quite reasonably and I would recommend this place to any and all.

Bought a jeep from Paul great experience no hassles very nice guy was up front about everything have had vehicle for four months now and have not had any issues. Got me financed with a lower percentage than I thought I would get. Just a great overall experience, if more car dealerships were like his we all would not dread buying a used car. Thanks Paul
