My car was being repaired due to theft not a collision. Golden Hammer's staff was professional throughout the entire process. Keeping me in formed every step of the way. They did a great job repairing the steering column and replacing the rear window. My car was also cleaned and smelled fresh when I picked it up. I came out from Walmart yesterday and saw that someone had just grazed the back right fender of my car. I take really good care of my 2015 Equinox with only 47,000 miles on it. I was so upset. Last year I chose to replace the back panel with the mud guard on it, because there was rust coming out from where they drilled holes to attach the mud guards when I bought the car. Gerber Collision replaced the panel for me. So, I went back to them to see if they could buff the paint off of my car where I was hit. Wow....they got all the paint off and it looks great!!! He didn't even charge me for it. They are in SW Cedar Rapids and I will always take my car there if it needs anything.

We are from Tennessee was in a wreck and thought this body shop would do us right. Overpriced everything and made our vehicle to where it was totaled. Sent the estimate to our body man in TN and he said no way it was a total loss they just didn't want to fix it. Do not recommend this place if you truly want your vehicle repaired!!!!

We brought a 2024 jeep compass and a 2025 Hyundai Tuscan here within a month of each other. They kept in contact frequently with updates. Gave us after care instructions for the paint until it cures. They were very informative. When we received our vehicles back they smelled good and the dash and seats were wiped down and even vacuumed out our vehicles. I will definitely come back if we need them again
